R32 Skyline Headlight Problem Fix (Headlight Switch Replacement)

My passenger side headlight wouldn’t work so I replaced the bulb. Still wouldn’t turn on. Found this common r32 problem and decided to replace the switch. I hope this helps!

Checked everything (relay, wiring harness, bulbs) and indeed it was the dreaded headlight switch. Thanks for the help 🙏🏾

Thanks for sharing....... same problem.. And if LH fuse blowing is a reoccurring problem what is the issue. I FOUND MINE which could be the issue....... The screw that holds the shroud Under the steering column is too long and goes into the wiring harness approximately 3" back from the turn signal clip. The wire loom is tight between the steering column and the mounting bracket screw hole. So when people are taking it apart, checking, putting together. And magically works 👆

Wait so do your low beams turn off when you turn on your high beams? Kinda confused because on my 32 the low beams turn off when my high beams turn on

yeah im pretty sure thats normal if i do recall. i sold my r32 a couple months ago so its not like i can go check fro ya :c
