7:53. This! I love this game. Sometimes, I spend hours exploring a habital planet. I'll simply leave my armor on the ship. Grab a sniper rifle, hand gun, assault rifle, food, and meds. Outfit with some hiking gear and head off. The sunsets and sundowns are fantastic. When I get an injury or affliction I'll find the nearest outpost and sleep there. Clear it if need be.
I've been looking for the Special forces background and traits for at least three weeks since I came across this video and subscribed, I as very tired and shut down the computer wrong it was a tough night , my mom was up late . Kept looking under Starfield Special Forces background and your post never came up. If I can get this I will restart the game.
You have the makings of becoming a 'trusted guide' for retirees like me who do not have the time or money to go on a cruise ship with trusted guides to help us make the most of our free time., and money.
Cruise ships are popular because, good guide help people squeeze the most fun and excitement out of going some where new, and happy customers share good guides with people whose respect and trust they would like to have grow.
You have and the makings of being a good and trusted guide, your content deserves many more shares and followers, just remember the viewers who need you most may be retirees and returning gamers, not hots shot who already know it all.

@timothypricesr5953 the loot you get from the quest is the real value. The quest is just a fun way to deliver that content.

Retiree, returning to gaming trying to stay awake while trying to do night watch with 'declining ' mother. Probably more than a few of us with spouses, and or ,other family nearing 'end of life. Do you know of other players who don't need bosses and other frustrations. I suspect there is a growing number of us who can use such mods as we age towards the end of life.
The free boostpack creation is - I'm not gonna say better, but, less intrusive to use. Just as a PSA. The paid one theres a slate you need to drop everytime you want to access the settings, you have to build it as a seperate backpack mod. Theres alot of fuzz with it. It works well though! Has cool features including downwards thrust when melee attacking, lowering fall damage etc. But the free one just increases forward boost when you use an alternate binding (for those unaware, when using mouse and keyboard, you can setup an alternate jump binding, and using this while jumping will shoot you forwards instead of upwards. Making exploration alot more tolerable) So if you're on mouse and board and just want better boosts with no micromanaging I'd save the 100 credits and go for the free option.

Oh we’ll have like 100 mods by next week. Just check the shop daily. Modders are constantly transferring their creations.

The creation kit is free. You or anyone can make all the content they want. It's unlimited. More than any other game will ever offer.

I like the idea of D.E.R.E.K. though I would have preferred a Kaiser model., I hope this mod developer can add also to the dialog of the first bot so you can inter act with Vasco politely/respectfully as well. Why treat Vasco like dirt?

Mods should be tip based not paid. That way the good mods people will tip for.
This creates the incentive to really make your mod good/better while also being rewarded for it.
If people like it, they will tip
I want a MAIM mod like fallout where bleeding and different things seem to have more effect other than carry weight decrease
Starfield has a survival mode now that already has this built in it. I personally think it's the best survival Bethesda has ever given us. This all coming from someone who has hated this game. But the latest update gave this game new life.

Nice video, subscribed! In your OBS, go to Advanced Audio Properties and set a delay on your mic like 50 - 200ms depending on what video processing you have. Then your lips and audio will be in sync
I think I have it on 55 right now, should I go up more?
@@MattAGames Not sure, mine is on 200ms because my video goes through my phone to DroidCamX, then Nvidia Broadcast which does greenscreen. Was it on 55ms in the video? Then increase it because your audio is ahead of your mouth/lips :)
@@MattAGames Later in the video, your webcam and audio is in sync so maybe obs or one of your apps was overloaded. My bad.

My first attempt at a load order on XSX has resulted is all sound disappearing except footsteps. If anyone is aware of which specific mod might be causing this I’d love to know?
I had that happen, all I did was reboot the game and it went away (on PC) I haven't had any issues so far, I have about 12 mods installed. I would test out the mods one by one on console and make sure they are stable.
It happened to me a little bit ago. Had about 30 mods. Xbox series x. Could only hear foot steps. Tried rebooting the game. Didn’t work. Tried changing load order didn’t work. Went through removing everything one at a time. Ended up being the enforcer tactical pistol USP mod that he has in this video. Got rid of it reloaded all other mods that I had. All sound came back.
I have Xbox x. I started with the bigger ship diameter for building bigger ships and one of the mods that offer extra ship parts. Now to start building!!
Modders have dropped like 50+ more creations since this video was made! They are coming quick

But I have an xbox series x, and it seems like some of those 'creations' doesn't work on xbox, and only on PC, and the other way around? Or am I wrong? And how would we know, because not all of the creators is writing if it works on xbox or pc or both?

You are totally free to create your own mods. You can download the kit and make whatever you want for free.
They should add a way to complete special quests or some kind of way to incorporate earning points in game
NOBODY is " forcing" you to buy anything! I decide how and for what I spend MY money! If I see creations or mods what I like I will buy them or/and use also free mods!
Premium edition comes with 1k tokens lol, I logged on after like a month and was pleasantly surprised. Of course I will NOT be buying more, but they are nice for buying premium mods, excluding the friggin 1k toke gun.

Got myself 20 mods and now the game is constant loading and won't start any other saved files either...xbox x I am playing on. I deleted the whole game to see if it is fixed now( still waiting right now) and here is to hoping that my new game +5 is not gone. fml

@@Baklavah1 I would also point out Bethesda is not making you pay for any mods. The Mod creators decide if they want to monetize them or not.
To be fair. Bethesda is not charging you for anything, except their official content downloads.
@MattAAW modding has always been a "by the community, for the community" thing. Charging for mods is disingenuous at best.

I'm sorry, but this video is just full of hopium and copeum. Starfield getting payed mods is not a great idea. Sure, it supposedly gives fans the incentive to create something cool and get paid for it, but, and this is a big but, previous Bethesda games had absolutely incredible mods that were always for free. You could tip the author (as many people did) to show your appreciation and support. That gave the mod authors an incentive to make some amazing things because it was a passion project for them, first and foremost. Starfield getting a lukewarm reception (the understatement of the century, IMHO) will only result in modders flocking to the game just to make a quick buck on mods that aren't worth the asking price. This will result in either a competition between free mod creator and paid mod creators (which I doubt) or the game will just be flooded with paid filler junk, that has always been free in older games. I don't care how cool an armor is or how detailed the gun texture is when it costs like some game DLCs for indie titles. It's not worth it from a consumer point of view. If I'm paying money, as a consumer, I expect to get value proportional to the price I pay. Is a plushie set really worth 3 USD? And before people start commenting how little 3 USD actually is, please consider regional pricing, not just US prices. So yeah, they really should have showcased some better value mods that this. Maybe new locations for the random planet generation (although this should have been in the core game), a set of new ship parts, a whole set of settlement building parts, an actual weapon set, or anything that's not just a couple of items. Don't care how detailed a gun mod is, it's still 2 USD for ONE pistol...
Modders decide if they want to monetize. Not Bethesda. Bethesda doesn’t monetize any player created mods, the mod creators do.
You can still tip them. This is the modders choice. Bethesda does not determine what is paid or free. The actual modder does.
@MattAAW Bethesda creates an incentive to make a paid mod. My point was that this creates more opportunities for paid mods that are created for the sole purpose of making money. This hasn't worked for Skyrim. This hasn't worked for Fallout. What makes you think it will work for Starfield? The amount of vanilla content the game has is not enough for them to pass the mantle to the mod creators and incentiveze them to make them paid.
Do you think they will do multiplayer?
I think another Studio will do Starfield multiplayer OR Bethesda will open a brand new online multiplayer studio and develop it.
We have an online Elder Scrolls. Fallout. Starfield will logically be next. But it could be like 8 years away.

Spent 600 of my 1,000 points on a mod that adds a mining conglomerate, made by a modder, that cost 500 points, and I got the improved booster mod, made by a modder for 100 points, I also downloaded 1/2 dozen free mods. Including a community mod and an unofficial fix mod, which I felt was funny on a Bethesda website, and just proves how Bethesda relying on modders to fix their game! Check the house mod better - you see you get THIRTY HOMES around the universe. It is not one house!
