Just learned not to twist the hair so tight before rolling it into a bun circle, guess that's why mine always looks like a ballerina small bun. OMG, I love tutorials for messy buns so this one is such a treat for me 😉 I have to ask you something about the technique you use in the first hairstyle. On the last round you only pull the ponytail half way through the hair tie. So far, so good. But it just won't work for me when I'm trying to tuck the remaining hair into the hair tie - and I wonder how tight or how loose you leave the hair tie once the ponytail only goes half way through? I really hope that this makes some kind of sense 😉
Mia Clémen think i understand what you’re saying. You could try a few things. Try taking smaller sections and tucking it into the hair tie, don’t tuck the whole section of hair all at once. You could also try tightening the bun near the base of the ponytail before you tuck the other half of your hair. If you didn’t try this already, try Bobby pins everything into place! Just have to play around with it to see what works!❤️hopefully that made sense Lol
