Ugh sensitive scalps are rough! I have a scalp massager that I like to use at the end of the day after wearing my hair in a style like these! Definitely invest in some good, stretchy hair ties that won’t hurt your head ❤
Same!! I'd love to wear my hair in a high messy bun but every time I do I have a killer headache by the end of the day and can barely touch my scalp! I can just about get away with a low messy bun, so long as it's super loose, as this doesn't seem to pull and create as much tension around my sensitive crown area as a high one. Pony tails are definitely a no go!! 😔 finding super stretchy, soft, hair bobbles is difficult too! Xx

Hi, I am a grandmother who has never done a bun before but my granddaughter is taking ballet. Yesterday I managed to use the first technique you show, albeit much less refined!! It would help me immensely to see the part you edited out after you put the hair tie in. The part that shows how you neaten it up before wrapping the ends around. I’m desperate! Lol!

I hate boring old twist buns with no volume, and sock buns are too fiddly in the morning. I also hate when the bun juts out from my head in a weird knot. I was never good at doing my own hair. I tried the first one today. It looked cute! Though I always have an issue with my hair looking glued to my head. When I texture it, it just looks wind blown and lots of fly aways.
When you pinch and pull, make sure your punching small sections and it’s just a little tug. Don’t pull the same section more than once. ❤I’m glad it worked for you ❤😊

Oh no, I hope you meant hair ties! Don’t use rubber bands, they rip your pretty hair out. I remember crying when I was younger because I couldn’t do a French braid. Don’t worry I never really learned how to do my own hair and I’m 28. Lol. Wore my hair down or in regular ponytails most of my life. But you can learn ❤
