Hi Erin, this is one of my favourite classes of yours, I did it regularly even when I was heavily pregnant. This morning I finally managed to do mermaid pose. It was a huge surprise, I did not see it coming. Anyway, keep up the good work, I always enjoy practicing with you (now with a 1-year-old on my back :)
Loved this! I run about 45 miles a week and this really helped me feel more open and stopped me aching. Could definitely feel the benefit all day afterwards, and as always your beautiful calm voice and perfect cues made this practice a real pleasure. Added it to my favourites, thank you 🙏🏻
I throw this fabulous class into the rotation every once in awhile and I can totally feel my heart expand and my emotions settle, such a great class, thank you Erin!
I practiced this class the day after cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I highly recommend it to de-stress after large gatherings of friends and family. For me it helped get rid of that high energy feeling.
After sitting all day in front of a computer, my hips do get pretty sore, so when I got home I knew exactly which video I was going to do tonight, this one! My hips are much happier already. Thank you, Erin! Namaste.
Yet another fantastic flow. My feet and hands were terribly cold after an afternoon of sitting at my desk, concentrating. I was so stressed too. I am now warmed through and have that lovely glow in my heart. I keep telling my colleagues - who complain about back, neck pain or lack of flexibility - about Five Parks Yoga. You would not believe the excuses people will make instead of taking their bodies' well-being into their own hands. They'd rather take pain killers and go to the doctor's.
I honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you do and provide for so many people. I have built the foundation of my practice from almost exclusively watching your videos. Its been so fun to progress and advance to some of your more difficult practices. The love and care you put into these videos is a really beautiful thing and resonates deeply with me. Thank you so much for so generously providing so many precious yoga classes. I suppose I am now classed as a "senior" and my lower back is so much stronger and less painful - no more pain when turning over in bed at night!! You take the time to explain so well how to get into the poses, how to vary/modify them, how to hold them and how to get out of them. This is so important for me, rather than watching a channel that rushes in and out of the poses and doesn't give me time to get into them, as a senior who is out of practice, I'm a bit stiff in places and can't move so quick! Your classes make me feel so good and hungry to do more and more yoga - thank you very much for everything, keep strong, keep doing yoga and be happy in what you do. :-D

I just loved this class. I loved it. So perfect, wonderful poses, great little flows, awesome hip openers and heart openers. My mermaid, camel and wheel poses were the best I have experienced so far. Thank you Erin. I don't think I can thank you enough for your wonderful classes.

4/15/24. This video has been in my playlist for months. I just pretend that I don’t see it, fearing it might be too advance for me since I only started practicing yoga last October. I am glad I finally did it today. I managed most poses other than the wheel 😂 You are a great instructor ❤
I love your channel. This is probably my favorite video (although hold & flow is a really close second) . I love your honesty about your own challenges, doing poses your don't like, being tighter on one side, having to keep your gaze down. "A little wobbly on this side." 🙂 It let's the rest of us be reminded that it's ok to struggle with this and that we don't have to be super strong and bendy to do yoga. When you said "Why did I say 3?" about the wheels I laughed out loud. 😂 Thanks so much!
