The kind of behavior your talking in this video, while having intersections with the Trickster archetype are more close-related to the Outlaw. No one has a problem with sasuke. Its everyone else, even sasuke knows Naruto and Sakuea wasted too much time on him, Sakura coulda really been great if She chose Lee for Example. Cus Lee would whipped her into shape one way or another. And Naruto's whole fighting style wound up being based on countering Sasuke. If Naruto focused on training himself. Controlling the 9 tails. He'd have been a beast. Jiraiya just givinf up after one attempt shows me how shit of a Trainer he is, there were plenty of things he coulda done to keep Naruto and himself safe during kurama training.

As much as I like the “edgy” joker-esq personality sometimes, I can’t help but feel like it has tainted my taste for anime to avoid stuff like Tokyo ghoul or Highschool of the Elite because I don’t feel that the Mc is compelling. To me it just feels like they are this boring, super brilliant, infallible chads that get all the girls, and that isn’t very compelling to me. I know not all of them are like this, but it’s just gotten hard to find motivation for series that look like this is what the Mc is going to be.
