I believe that the purpose for Deku to gain the past users quirks is not to make Deku more OP. It's to symbolize the problems, and failures of the previous generations returning to effect the present with greater severity than before. After all the last One for all user has to have the most responsibilities.

Instead of relying on his regular senses, he uses his spider-sense to alert him of where the enemy is and how close they are so that he can react more efficiently. Deku basically does the same thing with Danger Sense. Also, Pinpoint Focus is the move for Blackwhip. He focuses Blackwhip to a single point for precision, then fires it off at a high speed. In his base form he appears as a faceless humanoid with staples representing a creepy bloody smile. The more emotional he gets the more his mouth bleeds. It has no effect on his body. He can bend flesh and bone to his will creating it out of nothing, loves music and has a crush on ashido or momo I guess

The Deku's strongest punch havent reached all might's power yet, which means he still have so much to learn. But i dont know if we can see adult deku throwing strong ass punches like all might, there is only 1 season left.
