I’m trying to balance everything on my own, but Lord JESUS I need your help because I’m failing miserably providing for my sons as a single mother. Both my boys are special needs. I’m so overwhelmed trying to support them. I’m constantly struggling to make ends meet, to pay my bills, and to put food on the table. I’m ashamed of my situation. Jesus guide me and give me strength.💕❤️

The first thing to do in the morning when you woke up is PRAY. Thank God for another day

I find that shiftng between varm and cold shower raises my mood dramatically.

Jim what I love about the clip is your discussion regarding the benefits of the cold shower. 💦❄️ I don’t like the cold or cold showers; but it got me thinking about whether cold walks outdoors have similar anti inflammatory benefits as well?✨
From a mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint although they can be uncomfortable cold morning walks in nature can also be extremely invigorating, empowering and uplifting not to mention the added benefits of the natural vitamin D that we receive from the sun.☀️
Getting up and out is not easy especially when it’s freezing, but when we can dress in layers, turn on some tropical music and feel the warmth of the sun hitting our skin we can turn it into a much more rewarding and enjoyable experience.🚶♀️❄️🎶🌴🌊💛

Water! Get all of that vitamin A back in your system.

Drink water first.....you can even make it lukewarm which helps activate the bowels

You know what you're talking about, there's a huge difference on the outcome we consistently do even the little things. it's like choosing the path between right or left. There's a book that saved my life called "Medicina natural al alcance de todos" by Manuel Lezaeta Acharán. Basically about the importance of the digestive system, our second brain, as he cites on the book "a brain with members" all the time wondering "What did you do?" and "How do "I" solve it?" Not sure if there is an English version, only in Spanish. Somebody uploaded it here on TH-cam with an AI reader, 11 hours or so.
