    I’m trying to balance everything on my own, but Lord JESUS I need your help because I’m failing miserably providing for my sons as a single mother. Both my boys are special needs. I’m so overwhelmed trying to support them. I’m constantly struggling to make ends meet, to pay my bills, and to put food on the table. I’m ashamed of my situation. Jesus guide me and give me strength.💕❤️

      God is with you every step. Take one day at a time. And give yourself props for everything you do. If you can talk to someone when you make time that helps destress. Stay strong.

      Try and take one day at a time.🫶 Are there any programs, family members or friends in your community that may be able to provide you with some support or assistance? ✨
      Although it may feel that we have to do it all in our own sometimes we don’t have to. ✨ Asking and seeking help from others can often feel difficult, but it could make a big difference in helping you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually along the way.💛
      It’s sounds like you are doing the very best that you can for you and your children which is all we can do in the moment.💛
      ChildofGod although your path is not easy your faith is beautiful and will help to sustain you along the way. 💛 Trust and believe that God’s love and light will be there to help guide you through the darkness and into the light of each new day. 🙏✨🫂💛

    Jim what I love about the clip is your discussion regarding the benefits of the cold shower. 💦❄️ I don’t like the cold or cold showers; but it got me thinking about whether cold walks outdoors have similar anti inflammatory benefits as well?✨
    From a mental, emotional and spiritual standpoint although they can be uncomfortable cold morning walks in nature can also be extremely invigorating, empowering and uplifting not to mention the added benefits of the natural vitamin D that we receive from the sun.☀️
    Getting up and out is not easy especially when it’s freezing, but when we can dress in layers, turn on some tropical music and feel the warmth of the sun hitting our skin we can turn it into a much more rewarding and enjoyable experience.🚶‍♀️❄️🎶🌴🌊💛

      Drink water first.....you can even make it lukewarm which helps activate the bowels

    You know what you're talking about, there's a huge difference on the outcome we consistently do even the little things. it's like choosing the path between right or left. There's a book that saved my life called "Medicina natural al alcance de todos" by Manuel Lezaeta Acharán. Basically about the importance of the digestive system, our second brain, as he cites on the book "a brain with members" all the time wondering "What did you do?" and "How do "I" solve it?" Not sure if there is an English version, only in Spanish. Somebody uploaded it here on TH-cam with an AI reader, 11 hours or so.
