    Watermelon is loaded with fructose, I've been keto for the first year with great gains but for the past year I've been carnivore with even better results. I'm extremely active daily and workout with weights 5 days a week with lots of energy will never go back to simple carbs. Mercola ,saladino, delauer, lyons,etc are catering to a larger customer base who want to satisfy sugar cravings. Mitochondrial function "energy levels are through the roof for me. Obviously this just my opinion but Carnivore all the way.

      You can't Have energy workout glycogen , dont lie us

      Without glycogen you cannot perform in Weight room, dont lie to us, 5 times a week yeah yeah.....
