I made meatloaf yesterday!! I had oatmeal so I used a little of panko & a little of oatmeal! I don't have dijon so I used regular along with a little ketchup & a little bbq sauce for the topping! OMG, was so delicious! For breakfast I had a tiny slice of it with some cottage cheese on the side! Guess what's for supper tonight!!!

I use ground mustard in my topping. In my meatloaf our family uses crushed Chex cereal and a Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.❤

Made the same meatloaf 2 days ago with oats except I used turkey sausage. I am a family of 1 so I froze the leftovers for my sandwiches for later.

When mixing my meatloaf I use two large forks....it mixes well and keeps the meat light and airy with compressing the meat. Results in a very tender meatloaf.
