I created a spreadsheet for my food storage and medical supplies. When I get a chance I’ll add my cleaners and things to it. Also, hygiene products. I did it for bug out bags too. I just put the amount I have in. I like to watch different videos to get ideas what I need to add. I’m super picky so I know if I need to feed others they’ll eat it. I haven’t stocked up on what friends and family like that I don’t. Maybe I should?

I’m so happy to see I’m not alone on my love of spreadsheets! I only stock what my personal family eats. But I do get a few special things for each person. Like a pasta for my daughter and applesauce for my son. I figure if we have to feed outside the bone it is what it is. We love variety so surly someone would like something.

We love nearly all soups, especially split pea. In the last 1/2 hour of cooking I add small diced cubes of potato and tiny drop egg dumplings. I mean tiny…about 5 dumplings per teaspoon of dough!
I am seeing so many bake bread in their cast iron pans, that is going on my list for next week. see you tomorrow. 😘

A helpful hint for growing Tomatoes in ALaska which I am not a expert, but when you can you may want to get a green house or a high tunnel. Because you have a TH-cam channel you may be able to get a grant to get a green house or high tunnel. There are government grants for it and it can help so you can teach and learn as you go.
