Man, his japaneae is really easy to understand. His pronounciation is crisp. It's helpful when you want to look up words without checking subtitles. I think in japanese that would be something like 聞き取りやすい

I think it's the same in English- sometimes people speak more ~dramatically~ depending on the situation, like as a joke or to add emphasis or whatever. My personal vocabulary ranges from slangy to clinical to melodramatic to scholarly to meme-y to old-timey, often all mixed together. It's about the intent and awareness of the connotation you're giving off in context.
It was so fun to see Hitoki so restless during the call. I was so nervous during the call for some reason but I enjoyed it. It was a ドキドキ kind of feeling. Thanks for the lesson and experiment! :D

To add just a bit more, while 例えば is a phrase meaning "for example", 例 can be used as noun (meaning "an example") as well as adjective (like 例の件 meaning "that certain matter"). When used as adjective, the meaning is not just limited to example but can also mean "usual", "certain", etc. Refer to a dictionary for more information about the adjective use "例の"

@@victorrosell7933 I signed up for a language school. You can totally learn new language by yourself but it's not easy. I chose the non free way. If you're interested, look for language schools in your country or in Japan (although now would be difficult) or start the basic with language apps
Eine wirklich sehr interessante Idee. Anime Sätze so in echtem Leben anzuwenden, dass es niemand bemerkt, könnte wirklich schwierig werden, besonders wenn man sich recht ungewöhnliche Sätze aus Shōnen or so aussucht. Zitate aus Slice of Life Animes sind da sicher leichter über die Bühne zu bringen.
This is an interesting video! I'm Japanese too, but I think I'll use some of the phrases from the anime in my daily conversation. I think it's a great way to learn Japanese from an interesting perspective!

you can think of rei as literally the word "example", whereas tatoeba is more like "to give an example"
