ETS GT-R needs a front spoiler like the 1980's Series 2 LP500S Lamborghini Countach used to run.
Gamma Light oh I get the difference, but the title still states 3500 and the Dyno still states 3000. They could say crank vs wheel if they actually wanted to be clear but 3500hp works better for click bait than just 3000hp. Otherwise why not say the WHP in the title. Because they wanted to sound that much more impressive by stating crank ho instead of wheel hp. I went to school for Dyno tuning and actually have plenty of time on a Dyno doing fuel/ignition/boost tables. But Gee thanks for explaining that to me because I clearly had no clue. Smh

Ian Kelley I personally think the downpipe from the turbo caused that. The exhaust comes out the front bumper on both sides off the turbos.

Theres a certain point where its just useless power, they just did this for bragging rights. 3500hp and still doing 1/4 mile like bruh that much power you need to be doing 2 miles lol. A good balanced vehicle with 1000whp can go as fast as that GTR in a 1/4.

High Performance Academy did a video on this GTR couple weeks ago they went into some detail on what they can handle
block hangs in fine, its the main bearings that wear out due to how small they are, and i think they want to be safe and not score the crankshaft

horsepower before the wheels is pretty irrelevant. still insane power output here being able to wheelspin the whole quarter mile
It's relevant when you're trying to compare it to stock GTR horsepower. That ~500hp drivetrain loss alone is about what a stock GTR is rated at.
What benefit do you have from that? I know americans love their "HP before drivetrain" but if you really think about it for road cars it's pretty irrelevant because every car has drivetrain losses and you can't utilize all that power. On 4WD drivertrain loss will be higher although the traction will be much higher. In Europe every, and I mean EVERY car manufacturer uses HP at the wheels. This number is most relevant in combination with Torque and number of powered axles. So yeah, nobody cares about HP at the crank... maybe in racing but whats the point. what does that number contribute!? I've also seen HP at Crank as a typical american marketing figure just so you can put a higher number. After all it's pretty pointless what your engine makes if you can't put it on the road.
and to RH Othman: Why you don't simply compare the wheel HP with the Stock GTR. Also I highly doubt that 500HP are lost in the drivetrain. Do you even have a grasp how much power that is? Axles would be melting. So yeah, Crank HP is for retarded americ.... oooops I said it. Sorry I didn't mean it. After all crank HP doesn't really matter all that much. Just use the number that the dyno shows ffs. 3000 or 3500 HP who tf cares. That motor is toast in 2 days anyways. Anyways have a good day

Good for alot more passes then 5 or 6, On a stock cast iron block too. Unfortunately the US has alot more money to dump in to R&D. Thats why the JZ was ahead of the RBs as the RB was not readily available in the US.
