I like to carry carnelian and tiger's eye around with me for energy. They seem to lift my outlook. This was a really nice video and you pointed out a lot of good things. I would mention that for me at least, there aren't many crystals that I like to sleep with. They seem to keep me awake. I recently put a good sized rose quartz in the shower to emit vibes of self love when I shower. Crystals are cool!

My favorite way to use crystals is to add them to a bubble bath, make a grid with them, and meditate and do yoga with them. I'm now going to try putting them in water and my pillow case! Thanks for the great ideas!
If you put a small bag of crystals that are a portion of your intentions under your pillow every night it will energize your chakras. Like I had problems sleeping and waking up, I got a Amethyst point and I have been waking up and sleeping better. My MS still kicks me in my behind and I get the urge to sleep during the day but it helps with my mental state to a small degree.
I remember reading that displaying may allow visitors energy being stored and best to keep them away and away from continuous sun exposure. I heard the amethyst cluster can be displayed, is this right?
Just wanted to say that when sleeping with the wrong crystals can make you have trouble falling asleep or, even when you have had a good 8 hour sleep you could still be tired.. a crystal that I totally recommend is amethyst, it can prevent bad dreams and make you fall asleep faster. if you wanna make an elixr with a crystal/stone that isnt water-safe, simply get a big bowl/container, put your glass of water in the container, and put the crystals around the glass in the container. this way, you're not getting the crystals wet, but they're contained to where their energy can seep into the water!
Abbsninja i don’t think so because authentic crystals took many many years and were formed naturally in the earth. but i’m not sure if “crystal salts” will give you the same effects as natural crystals because i’m pretty sure that they don’t have any healing or grounding properties. i hope this helps!
First I would check the price, if they're to cheap to be true, they're probably fake (not always though). Second, try to feel their energy. Usually fake crystals/minerals won't have any at all (at least not one you can feel/connect with). Also, real crystals are always cold af no matter the weather. Another tip I heard from someone is to put the crystal between your front teeth, if the crystal is real you will get a sensation, like when you drink something cold and your teeth ache. Ever notice when you sleep with them(especially quartz and amethyst) they get really warm.They seem to absorb our heat.
