- Rimpact pro is one of the best tire inserts that you can put in your tires. But finding a good installation video has been hard. So we made our own and show you the way we install the rimpact that is painless and very simple. Once perfected it becomes a simple product to install. Thank you for this video. I spent an hour trying to get the tire on using Rimpact method, nearly brought me to tears when I finally got it on and saw my tape was leaking. Re-did my tape and used this method, tire on in 5 min. Legend.

Hello. I have just got my first insert on and tyre on and this video really helped. I want to make sure that its ok to put the sealant in through the valve as seen most people say to do it before.
As long as you are using the supplied valves with the extra holes you can add sealant after

today was installing rimpact and it was so hard, and at the moment the tire looses air, maybe the time is defective 😒… need to do installation again. Thx for your advice

Best thing I ever used in my wheels. Although I’ve hung up my mtb shoes and focus on road cycling now. But still get equal pleasure from it 👌👌

Yes. Maybe take the valve core out for some added push for the air
How much weight did this add?
Rimpact weighs about 90g
The original weights about 90g, the Pro weights about 160g.
Sorry, but just because it's just the way you do it doesn't mean it's not wrong - starting the second bead OPPOSITE the valve allows the bead to fit into the center channel all the way around and gives the most slack for getting the final bit of bead on. You're making more work for yourself by starting at the valve.
Cheers and for sure everyone has their own way. This is just my way and as you can see it all went in east enough.
@@thediabeticcyclist4936 there really is a right way and a wrong way on this. The valve prevents the bead from sitting down in the center channel. I just don't want any viewers to get the wrong idea. Now with a tube in the tire, yes you start at the valve so you can push it up in-between the beads.
