Those prices are crazy!!!! I’m in Mississippi and you can rent a 2500 sq ft house for under $1700….and even that’s pretty expensive around here. Regular apartments are $600-$800.
I love Apartment #5 and Apartment #6. I agree, the rent price is insane especially in big cities. Best of luck to you Oli and apartment hunting! Thank you for keeping us updated :D

So glad you’re going to be able to move to a new place and get your peace of mind back! I moved out of my old apartment after 2 years of dealing with SO many issues and the difference it made in my mental health overnight was incredible. I just moved out of cali and it’s crazy that I can rent a 4 bedroom house for less than a one bedroom apartment.
Ya that’s insane we own our 4,000 square foot brand new build and pay $1900 a month Cali is crazy

I live in SF. You have my sympathies with these absurd rents for a 1br. The older I get, the more I'm willing to pay for comfort, beauty, peace and QUIET however. If you can swing it, it's so worth it.

I’m noise sensitive as well, there is a train downtown that I can hear and it goes by constantly and then there is always construction work going on around and near my apartment. Drives me absolutely insane especially when I’ve had a hard day. I can’t wait to move in March! I’ve been here two years and it’s time for me to go! I need peace and quiet. I find ear plugs to help though.

ughhh i’m planning on moving to LA within a year or so and I’m just nervous about these prices! like the apartments in this vid are amazing but i’m just looking at the bare minimum studio apartments and even they’re a lot! safe to say i’m stressing 😓

Have you considered looking into G12? Two story lofts are close to prices of the Apt. 5/6, but with an industrial feel.
I thought Luxembourg was expensive but wow LA is a different level! Thank you for showing the rent prices. Urgh I would love to come and live a few months in LA but heck these prices are crazyyyyy
