- In this video we do a more advanced version of the back pushes we showed you in episode 76. After that we share with you a solid strategy for reducing and avoiding injuries. Spoiler alert: it's strengthening your body by going to the gym on a regular basis. While this sounds tedious, it's vital for all figure skaters / ice dancers as well as people in general.
