Brakes is all I do. 8 hours a day . I don't heat ,drill, or use an impact driver. I used to use my air hammer with a wrench to twist off as I hammer. Till my snap on air hammer died. now just use a hammer and a breaker bar ,tap 3-4 times and gently turn the breaker bar . Vibrations break the screw loose ever time .
Honestly just drill them out. The only reason they exist is to hold the rotor on during assembly. Once the car is built those screws really serve no purpose.
Sir I don't know if you remember me.... just to let you know you helped me Big time and am doing good.... thanks
Heating them up always works for me honestly, never had a single issue

why would you immediately go to drilling though? one or two whacks with the impact and its out, then toss it in the trash
