This is video number 5 in the series that is all about bad drivers.Here you can learn how to /how not to drive and behave in traffic. original commentary and/or storyline at the beginning or at the end of the clips throughout the compilation.Please, read each clip text commentary on the video screen. We tried to give you additional information about so you can better understand what did driver do wrong.
Here you can learn about consequences of bad driving/driving fails so you can educate yourself and be a better driver.
I edit the raw footage (I need a couple of days for every video I make),I add the location of the incident, I add arrows that follow cars to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.

That was a work truck. He fired!
That 222 crash was amazingly dangerous, and the exact reason why you should never do any racing without a full cage. That might have been fatal in an unmodified car.
As it was the roof nearly collapsed on him. He was racing in a car that was structurally deficient to the point where it would not be allowed on US roads.

The rejoin was insane but you can see it from a mile back. Yes you don't want to lose time in a race because of an idiot but you are better finishing the race than not. If it were me I would have slowed down, let him rejoin and passed as he got control again.

@@kerijeanbeanunfortunately yes - it will fall onto the vehicle owners insurance (even though it was stolen) to fix/total the car. Later, the insurance company can go after the criminal (if the criminal has their own insurance or money to reimburse the insurance company). If I recall, it’s “other than collision/ comprehensive” coverage. Always Check your policy. Always buy full coverage 😢

I was gonna say that, either they were old or balding tires (possibly both). The other thing I was gonna say is they probably over inflated their tyres. Really tho if you hear any weird noises from your engine, suspension, or tires you should immediately pull over, not continue to drive thinking they will magically disappear.

They could have been new tires I had a blow out on brand new cooper tires only 400 miles air pressure was 32 PSI before I left so they weren’t overinflated got them put on before I went it virginia and they blew on the way back

Recently, lady in front of me driving an Elantra was making a left turn at a green light and was hit on her driver's door by a red light runner doing about 45mph. His front end was toast, car totaled. The Elantra lady was fine and was even able to open the damaged door to get out.

@@flopjul3022 I live in Louisville and was at work a few blocks away when this happened. That bridge is notorious for having sketchy barriers. There is always a high traffic volume due to people trying to avoid the toll bridge and people float on that bridge two. This was bound to happen sooner or later.

The cop has to clear the intersection. just because he has his lights on doesn't give him carte blanche to blow through red lights or stop signs. there's no state where that's a thing they can do. The cop was 100% in the wrong. @@drivinginthedcbaarea

Maybe in a "big picture" way but then again, if people were injured secondarily while trying to help first person who was struck, then wouldn't the "give aid" rule apply? Frankly I think a personal injury attorney would shred your theory.

The drink/drug driving problem is more of an issue in USA than here in Australia, but it's getting worse in both countries. I remember my boss used to make light of his driving home drunk every Friday night. I wonder who he has killed and when. He was never one to learn from mistakes.
Cars are getting more crash worthy, so the drunk skunks behind the wheel are surviving longer than they have a right to live.
So many of these accidents wouldn't have happened 30 years ago when smart phones weren't a thing. People need to step up and tell idiots to get the hell off the phone when they're driving, especially if they have kids in the car
I was shocked, but dashcam videos now feature more and more of this eyes-wide-shut driving, even as they approach an intersection, there is no text or tiktok that important. The other factor is, because it's illegal, idiots try to hide the phone below dash level, so they are literally staring into their laps most of the time while briefly taking a glance ahead.
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person that was thrown off by that first clip and had to watch it more than once before finally processing it!
First clip; just HOW did that rip the roof of the car off?? Was there something to act like a tin opener?
Some roof panels are bonded in place - aluminum, glass or composite.
Reckon it may have been the STOP-sign bracket on the bus, combined with being squeezed between the bus & cammer's vehicle!
Yep, as @stevie-ray2020 said, if you slo-mo the action, you can see that the stop sign catches the side and roof of the car. That's why the passenger was so seriously injured.
These, and many more, videos demonstrate that a lot of people shouldn't be allowed to drive cars or trucks. It's a big responsibility that many are not up to.
I don't drive and I would like to start knowing on how to drive, I always come to these videos and see how bad some drivers are and I don't want to be any of these individuals, these videos are examples of "Try not to be a bad driver" videos and stay safe out their.
If you crash into a school bus, regardless of the situation, your license should be immediately revoked for at least 4 years.

Was insane, he actually sped up from 70 to 100 KM/H while mostly staring down into the footwell where he was trying to hide his phone, with only a few cursory glances ahead. The second to last time he glanced up he was already angled toward the culvert, drifting off his lane in the opposite direction to the curve and he didn't even try to correct it, the final glance only occurred when he heard the wheels leave the road a second before impact.

4:37 - amazing that an insurance company would do this. My inlaws were struck by a car going 100+ in a 45 zone. Guy had multiple criminal charges filed against him. Even so, Geico? Progressive, I forget which one, tried to stonewall - even tried to go to arbitration. They'll do anything to save a buck. In talking to their agent, I just started laughing. She said, "what's so funny?" me: "It's pathetic, you are prolonging the inevitable." $750k later...

Vehicle crashes used to be the #1 cause of people 18 to 26yrs old leaving this planet. Based on how I see people driving everyday it probably still is. You would think people would take driving more serious but I see people looking down towards their lap while driving probably reading or sending texts nearly everyday.

8:44 Never buy cheap tyres. Never continue use of tyres more than 5 years old. Never drive on tyres till they are bald - always replace before that. Never buy re-treads. Always buy the best tyres you can afford. That means Michelin, Pirelli, Continental, Bridgestone, Dunlop. Regularly check your tyres, by taking each wheel off the car and inspecting the whole tyre and wheel. Slowdown and stop with light brake pressure at the very first sign of a flat tyre.

@cheshardlow5832 Not sure where you're getting your info but yes they are highly illegal and any action like that has penalities. QLD is a no persue state except in exceptional circumstances, and the rest of Aus has strict rules on terminating pursuits if they get too reckless or high speed. To even engage in a pursuit, they need to get permission from an inspector or higher

Idiocy at it's finest and the authority responsible for smart motorways should also be prosecuted. If it ever happens to me and I survive, I will pursue.
The overall pavement width is limited by existing bridges, and lanes were added without replacing the bridges. An economical solution to rapid expansion.

Oh yeah, like these people you see in videos of interstate winter storm pile-ups. Many of them think it's an ideal time to get out of the safety of their cars and go for a stroll as even more cars and semi-tractors are still barreling down the road in their direction at 60mph. Time and motion don't stop because someone just put a dent in your Chevy.

My husband is a firefighter and every time he goes on a call on the highway, town road or anywhere that cars are going to be passing I’m always on edge until he gets home because the video at 3:36 is exactly what I’m scared of. They won't let an Arkansas Highway Patrolman pit a fleeing driver in the patrol car by himself until he's already pitted 4 drunk pick-up drivers with a senior officer riding along. It's known as the Four-Bubba Rule.
5:46 The truck hits the side of the semi about 7-8 seconds after it is sideways on the road. Either the driver is terrible or the brakes are bad. It's probably a combination of both.

Nobody knows how to drive these days. My son had a solid green in Waterboro Maine and he was proceeding safely through the intersection. Suddenly, this moron made a really fast left turn in front of him! My son hit the brakes hard and stopped about 1 inch from her side door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She never yielded on the solid green for her left turn!!!!!!!!! Thanks to my son's very quick reaction she avoided some serious legal and physical issues because I would have sued her arse to kingdom come and back if they had hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no excuse for distracted driving and for disobeying the laws of the road!! NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just 4 days later, in the same spot my son was almost hit, my mom was almost sideswiped by a moron who decided to pass on a double yellow doing far more than the speed limit just a few feet past the same stop light! That moron then proceeded to speed through not one but two construction zones while tailgating a truck! Got both incidents on camera, and came home to find my friend who proceeded to tell me about an incident she had at the same time with a red truck trying to crash into her and luckily missing! Not enough?????????? A few weeks back my best friend called. She was making a left turn, with her blinker on. An 18-year-old kid behind her decided he didn't need to follow the laws and so he ran right into her completely obliterating her car just down the street from where the rest of us had issues! Still not enough???????? One day a few weeks ago, the same day my best friend was struck by the incompetent 18-year-old, there was an argument on a local FaceBook page about why people were hearing sirens. One insisted it was one road, another insisted it was a different road, and so on and so forth. About 5 different descriptions and locations for what everyone thought was one accident. Turns out they were all separate accidents happening at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on people!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enough is enough!!!!!!!! I'm literally spending all my free time on the phone with the Maine State Police!!!!!!!!!! I've had it!!!!!!!!!!

Fully agree. He wasn't even chasing a murderer/abuser/drug dealer, etc. -- just a car thief -- so there's zero justification for colliding with bystanders. The thief can't drive forever, and cars (esp. new cars off a dealer's lot) are fully insured. A cop with a cowboy fetish belongs in a different job.
