Show how to dribble in small spaces because defenders are not so lenient nowadays
I always dribble when there's space and speed away
If anything is in my way, I do a simple 1v1 skill. Never anything complicated.
If something is is my way, I try to give a through ball. Better that way. Don't make the game harder for you. Keep it easy.

So many negative comments out there... As a coach I can tell you one thing 7mlc is completely dedicated channel... These moves need to be repeated 100 of times, basics should be stronger... great job michael

yes bro, how would you say this doesnt help? even if its not the best drill, do it, it will help, practice everyday and will make you better
These are all good drills to do. The more touches you get in practice the more comfortable you will feel with the ball at your feet. I do these through cones about 1 yd apart. I guess they're not really needed but it feels good to have an obstacle otherwise you don't really know how far to a side or forward you actually need to go.
While doing these drills try to have your head up to practice scanning so in a game you can not only do these moves but also look around for a pass or incoming player

These are actually some really solid drills. If you do them for long enough, not only will you become more efficient with more explosive speed, you’ll actually be able to do this on instinct thanks to muscle memory.

What I do to tighten my core is I do three mins of planks. Then I do 50 sit ups in like five mins. Then I do 25 push ups and then I'm done. (I take 1-2 min breaks after all of these)

Whenever I try to dribble either I hit the ball too hard or I hit the ball with a really low force, I neither have control of the ball nor a balance in my touches. I always end up losing control. How can I get rid of that problem? Btw nice skills you got there bro keep it up.
Just do the excersises slowly and often. Consistency is key to anything when it comes to muscle memory. Feeling the ball and having controll ia solely muscle memory, i have always dribbled with my left foot, even tho i shoot with my right, and now i am at the beginning of learning to touch the ball with my right foot when going forward, and dribling etc. I have zero feeling and controll, but these excercises are perfect to start of with. They will instill some basic muscle memory, and another thing you can do when at home, is to just stand still, and put your foot on top of the ball, and just slide it forward, back, sideways, and tro doing som turns etc and just try to controll the ball with the underside of your foot. Combination of that and the drills im this video will instill a great sense of touch to the ball in just a few days. Will take weeks, maybe months to get really good, but consistency is key, try not to have more than 3 days off at a time
