If you want to make space go wider and don’t go offside specially if the ball is on the other side often the defenders are ball looking so if you get a pass you are half a second ahead Works the most as a full back or winger
You shouldn’t be trying to 1v2 or 1v3… etc… except for when you’re in the box and can pull off a shot with a high chance of going in. But you can only pull off taking on more than 1 player at a time if you seem like you’re about to play a very dangerous pass, cross or shot. So basically when you’re holding defenders hostage with the possibility of a goal in 2 touches.
Thank you for making these videos I went from not being able to dribble or shoot to practicing everyday and having more accurate kicks and increasing greatly in my dribbling
I watch 7 mlc a lot but sometimes his dribbling exercises are quite difficult. These videos helped me with some dribbling exercises that i can learn alone by my self. Thank you 😊
Hi there! I am an UEFA B and US SOCCER B licensed coach. I have a specific routine/setup for private sessions etc.. You will need lots of repetitions, and start off slow, and increase speed of execution as you get bigger, better, and stronger. I have a bunch of "skill moves", and the trick is to find your "go-to move" you feel most comfortable with. To get some ideas, take a look at th-cam.com/video/rrOTD3B7DKk/w-d-xo.html or th-cam.com/video/_U9plF8IkHw/w-d-xo.html - Good luck!
Love the content, helps me a lot when practicing, just checked out the store and saw a few things that I may grab. Any tips for people struggling to skills because of confidence?
If the ball looks like it’s going behind you don’t put your foot or leg backwards step backwards as much as you need to until you can control the ball with your chest or your foot if you need to stretch your leg out to reach it step forwards first and when you control it with your feet use the tip of your feet as in the part where your toes are
Put cones that have axes equipped on them. So they swing when you get near them. If you mess up you lose your leg, however, don’t mess up in the first place. Not the cones fault

@@fearless3176 okay bro. You can still make it no matter how difficult it will become. But I don't know the main reason you wanna learn football, the main reason is what will give you the fuel to continue no matter how difficult it might become or how hard it will get. i had teh same issue, i am 15 without bein in an academy, and I started playing football at 12, I thought it was too late for me to even make it into an academy but I've been working very hard over the years and this morning I got invited to play a game for the U18 team, and later this year in September I have a tryout for 2 clubs. It isn't too late at all.
massage it deeply, it will hurt a lot but you are not doing any damage to them. Then do a flex where you are trying to push you're foot up trying to make it almost touch your shin, you should use a wall or something to help you with this. after all this and when you're shins are feeling better again, try to run more, starting off light, then increasingly getting harder (run longer distances or run faster) this is so that your body gets used to that kind of force on the shin muscles and they will get stronger.
@@alphabetfrog5312 no, as a defender, if I get dribbled past, the first thing I'm doing is turning around and sprinting as fast as I can, trying to tackle or body the attacker. You need explosiveness, agility, speed, physicality, and power to dribble well.
Thanks

Please show us how to master the art of positioning and creating space as well how to take on more than on player at a time

If you want to know how to create space, 1 of the ways would be watching the gravenberg video
I would love to learn how to take more players than one, but a general rule of thumb is that you should usually look for a pass instead/cross
Always be aware of what is happening around you and make the best choices
You shouldn’t be trying to 1v2 or 1v3… etc… except for when you’re in the box and can pull off a shot with a high chance of going in. if i'm being honest dribbling is easy but combining skill with dribbling is hard that's where i'm still a newbie

Start doing simple drills first.
U gave us very good idea that dribbling is an art and not restricted. mix and match, slow and fast.

Great dribbling drills bro
One love
0:59 if the defender is Harry maguire that dribble is more than enough
can unisport i do skills very will but i can t remind it big match
You remind me of my math teacher is he was fit and European, he’s chill tho.
For the first drill what if the ball if on the side line and the fall back in pressing u
That’s why the first dribble was a 1v1
Can you do a tutorial on tackling
0:17 😂
Do you skills about longer thrones?
Nice
do u guys ship the uk as i want to buy some gear
thanks brother i suck at dribbling
What if we don’t have something like you guys to bounce the ball back? 😢. Micheal has it too but we don’t have money to buy that

Please make a video for defenders not all the basic one some tips that are not on youtube pls
I dont even have a ball to play with but i love the game and am pretty good in my school team so i cant even train

What football boots are those?
Bro instead of cones use land mines so if they miss they 🎉 and (the funny thing is I'd put them at the entrance of the field )
Please show us how to dribble more than one player at a time maybe five v one
You only train🎉

♥️♥️🌸
You nepali innit?
Home workout football gym
The problem is I forget everything during the game
That's because the cones are not stationary.
its because you ahvent practiced it enough, spend even just 30 minutes a day on this and it will become muscle memory
Turkey from watch
Chkon li jay man dak vidio dyal tik tok ydir laek wo ydir abino 😅
These kinds of exercises will do little to help you dribble against real defenders but they will help you beat cones!
Def not, body faints/ stopovers beat most defenders
Lol you think you know something most people don't. Cute but you're wrong
Please make a video
For how to get ur form back
Ever since i got my ankle sprained last year my form after i recovered hasn't been...good
U have helped me so much yet I haven’t subbed. Sorry
BRO WOULD YOU BE MY MATHS TEACHER
Is it possible to dribble slowly past a defender🤔🤔
No because you need to accelerate past them to not lose the ball.
Yes if you are very good technically, if u are u could even walk past them
@@alphabetfrog5312 no, as a defender, if I get dribbled past, the first thing I'm doing is turning around and sprinting as fast as I can, trying to tackle or body the attacker. You need explosiveness, agility, speed, physicality, and power to dribble well.
