Guys im not watching this video but I'll let you know what works if you use a microsoft outlook account for xbox. I had "fix this on the web" error no matter what i did for a few days. Factory reset the xbox series x and everything. You just need to add an alias email to the account in microsoft outlook (look this up it's easy) then switch it to be your primary email address in use (keeping your usual email safe as an "alternative address" for now. Its on a list below your new primary). If you now try to add a new xbox account using this Alias address you added, and then set as primary, microsoft wont give you this "fix on web" error and it will download like normal to xbox. You could even perhaps swap your primary and alias baxk around straight away after 👍 works

So I here a lot of needing help and I will say these instruction very clear if you have a vpn make sure you have it off this could interfere with your location making it hard to log in so change your location back log in as normal then your gonna apply the right settings you want hope it helps
