@@platinumsoulja01 the best play in that situation was not crystal clear. He had to risk taking a Psychic or Dragon move, both would have killed Dragalge, but only one would have killed Cacturne. And Cacturne was kinda of an answer for Ting Lu, so it was more valuable. The mistake in my opinion was not using Sucker Punch there.

Swear creators just didn’t even like inteleon, the made rillaboom get grassy terrain with an insane move to combo with it, and they gave cinderace an insane ability and amazing move pool to work with it, but they give inteleon a pretty mid ability that relies on rng and can’t even at least give it an always crit move

Imagine if Snipe Shot was working like Flower Trick. Not only Meowscarada is faster, it also has type adventage, better signature move and can Sucker Punch any potential Aqua Jet's that would threaten KO if it was sash'ed. #JusticeForInteleon.

I'm so confused by 7:00... Opponent already used Tera so you had a 480 BP Close Combat but you used a 180 BP Flare Blitz instead. Or you could have used Will-O-Wisp and as long as RNGesus didn't forsake you, you'd have been guaranteed to get value out of the turn since the burn would completely Nerf Avalugg.
Tell me how close combat is 480 BP here? What? Avalugg is a pure ice type. Flare blitz is my highest damage, and it’s a 2 hit KO in this situation. Will-o would have probably been optimal if I expected the recover, but I opted for the highest damage possible.
@@Haydunn Oh you're right I thought that was Hisuian Avalugg because the colors weren't right but I guess that's what the shiny looks like. Either way I think Will-o-Wisp was probably the safest play since you'd still get something out of the turn if anything else switched in (It would nerf all the remaining physical attackers and at least do something to Lati since Blitz and CC wouldn't do much).

In double battles you can use Dragon Cheer to boost Inteleon crit rate. Not having Focus Energy opens a slot for coverage move or for Protect. You can even decide to tera Dragon and score crits with other moves 100% of time.
Quite like the length of the battle was just right for the overall video duration. I kinda lose momentum watching the second battles in some of the other videos cos the first battle is usually wrapped up quite nicely. Those that are asking why inteleon’s snipe shot couldnt have been made like flower trick with the 100% crit chance, they mightve thought a 100% crit chance snipe shot with sniper and specs would hit insanely hard and might actually be too op. With sniper it’s essentially even stronger than pre nerf urshfu single and rapid strike’s physical crit moves. I mean people are struggling to handle meowscarada’s 100 ish base atk flower trick which is 70 bp.Its bulk aint as great as the shifus but its much much faster, nor does it get protean like meow but it would still be too strong i feel like, especially with that speed. Thats not even mentioning a potential rain boost on top of that. That said, I’m just as mad that they removed focus energy from it as that actually served to balance inteleon quite well, and it requiring a turn to set up to get those guaranteed crits and not being able to hold specs does make it balanced in a way and I dont get why gamefreak took it away from inteleon. That said it still isnt the end of the world, though as it can still viably run specs and other sets albeit in the lower tiers

Plus they gave Hisuian Samurott Aqua Cutter, Night Slash and Focus Energy, and since both get the 50% boost from Sharpness it can crit with both STABs for big damage (though thankfully it's slower and less powerful). Still, on paper it's better at the niche Inteleon was created to fill

i was playing ranked singles yesterday and i had my gyarados out against a tinkton, it was first turn and i used taunt against it and the tinkton used thunderwave. the tinkaton went first and paralized me and my garados suffered a paralisis and didnt move that turn. my question is that i thought taunt went first?
Couldn't give Inteleon a 100% crit move, but they gave Urshifu a move that crits 3 times IN A ROW.

At around 10:29 the lokix didnt take 25% damage from stealth rocks so that was a pretty big indicator

I just realized that the Zoroark also took less Stealth Rock damage, further signifying it was a fake
After all that primarina stall when that avalugg hit recover I lost part of my soul

Taunt is not a priority move. It will only go first if the pokemon using it has higher speed or the prankster ability.
