Without fail brings my daughter to tears
Very beautiful interpretation of this wonderful work from the master pianist and composer
The arias is wordless, her perfomance is speechless
This is an aria that requires a well-trained voice, great breath control and the finest musical skill. Miss Dreisig has all of this and more. Bravo. And kudos to your accompanist as well. I loved every moment of this worthy presentation and if Rachmaninov could be listening from up there, he would too. ❣️
You must be an expert
Thank you for this extraordinary performance and video.
Vous eyes divine...
Beautiful, wonderful! I love your whole manner and poise and characterisation of this.
So beautiful! Bravo Elsa And Jonathan 👏👏👏
Wonderful interprétation "Vocalise "
Wonderful!!! This is space !!! Bravo!!!
Very nice...going to save that to the playlist!
Fabulous. Brava !
So beautiful. Thank you
Pink Floyd, Clare Torry, "Great Gig in the Sky", one of the most beautiful vocalisations you will ever hear!!
i also LOVE that live performance, but this is completely different.
Très touchée par votre âme et votre technique
Merci infiniment
Incredible! Absolutely.
masterpiece of Sergey Rahmaninoff's through russian folk songs and motives was true and pure as racing on the horses in the long road during old fields and russian forests... Thx
Great!
Beautiful!
Emocionante!
4:25 speechless
Great🥰
Beautiful ❤️
Hi!
: Wednesday, the second week of December. Time flies. This is the end of the year, so...
I hope you this week will be a healthy/feeling week. ^O^
Amazing
I’m going to blast this in my whip next time I pick up a gram from my dealer that lives on the other side of the hood. It’s just too good
Excellent performance!
Never know this was originally composed for voice and piano. I have played it many times on violin.
Ich finde diese Vorstellung echt toll! Schön, dass ich sie geschaut habe. Ich habe diese Vicalise auf die Querflöte gespielt.. sie ist nicht so leicht zu singen.
😍 Hum
Énekelve még soha nem hallottam! ✨🎶🎼
I feel totally devastated after listening to this
Why? This is so beautiful and suave. Let it fill you with positiveness and joy. Don't associate it with negative energy 😇
Your feelings are VALID. This was written to mourn the millions killed in WW1, one of the most brilliantly stupid wars of all time. Mourning is.not negativity, it's humanity.
@@johnhalverson2849 while I would like to believe he wrote it to mourn the senseless deaths of WW1, I can't find any evidence of that being the case.
🥺🥺
Thumbnail had me thinking I was on the wrong site.
😂😂😂 She is very beautiful, isn’t she?
I love Elsa Dreisig in some repertoire but this brutally reveals tuning difficulties, and the timbre often gets pinched and nasal, and registral transitions are not at all smooth. A vocalise doesn’t need to be sing on a wide open Ah vowel - the vowel can be varied, and often pushing it towards an Ooh makes emission and control easier, and adds depth to the timbre.
Please stick with the cello.
@@kevinm6790 Please listen to Moffo or Fleming to hear what this piece immaculately sung
Je veux épouser cette femme
That’s understandable!
There where she speeds up the aria giving it less life. It needs to be leggato
Trololololol
geht nicht mal ohne klavier? diese wunderbare stimme braucht keine begleitung.
Gggg.... Ist halt original...
It "looks" really difficult to sing... Bravo
It is!
This it as it ought to be, naturally better than chello or violin.
Here is no soul, as we would say in Russia. Only a-a-a...
Why does she need to open the mouth so much in middle register?? Aja, with no support it is impossible to sing legato, trills etc. I totally forgot. How stupid of me. She would help herself a lot by standing straight. The top is so strained. She is already developing a wobble in the back of the voice. It will become bigger with years.
I mean it is a vocalise, if you cannot sing this, you are done. Finito.
ok
Well, she CAN sing this, so she’s not done.
And you Marie Antoinette, can see yourself to the guillotine.
Ok- you sing then 🗿💀🙄
Sehr aggressiv, leider absolut am Thema vorbei! So darf man Rachmaninow nicht singen!!!
