Peugeot interiors are looking beautiful these days
They are alright from the driver seat. The steering wheel input is very weird and unpredictable at times. The windscreen is angled that way that you dont have a huge fov , its like you are in a smaller car , it's like driving a Audi TT or something. I also hate the nickel/silver spots in the interior because they reflect the glare so much from the sun, the passenger is blinded from the Android screen (this is about the 2021 and previous models,as I dont see it in this video).

@@manbiteslife3110 Yep, I had a new 2008 for a few months and that reflective part under the Infotainment-System was pretty much blinding me on a daily basis.
just sad you have very few customization options compared to mercedes or audi or bmw :( may it be seat color or inserts, even equipment inside. the config on the website is just poor
they look good, but still a crappy quality car that won’t last 5 years
Peugeot is living in 2057. What a rebirth of a brand that went totally astray in the early 2000s.

sadly not possible to buy anymore ... or at least in Hungary can't buy a new one ... (just SUV-SUV-SUV ... what is stay with us).
But this is not a Peugeot thing ... lots of other band "small compact" vehicle is "missing" :(
@@erigabu Szimplán nem elérhető még egyik országban sem az új 308, az előző meg már kifutott (jelenleg olyanom van, amit hamarosan erre cserélek, kombi mindkettő). Idén már lehet majd kapni ferdehátú és kombi kivitelekben is. Emellett elérhető a 208 és 508 is, utóbbi szedán és kombi kivitelben. Nem tudom mire gondolsz az SUV-SUV-SUV mondatoddal, a Peugeot-nál fele-fele arányban vannak az alacsonyabb autók és SUV-k.

A SUV-SUV-SUV bajom meg az, hogy a csapból is azok folynak, pedig nem ideális kb semennyire, magasabb és nehezebb ezért többet fogyasztanak, de a belső hely nem jobb mint sok compact autó esetén (ráadásul kényelmetlennek találtam valamennyit, egyszerűen túl magas mind, és rossz az üléspozíció éreztem miatta (mint ha sámlin ülnék, de én valamennyi autót a legalacsonyabb üléspozícióban vezetek).. A 174cmemmel nem modhatnám magam túl magasnak, lehet emiatt is egyszerűen túl magasnak találom az ülést beszáláskor sokukba.
Persze a gyártóknak nagyobb haszna van a SUVokon, illetve sajnos (gyártói nyomásra) elcseszték a környezetvédelmi követelményeket, és a nagyobb autók aránytalanul jobbnak számítanak mint a kicsi és könnyű autók (így könnyebb egy környezeti terhelésben rosszabb autóval még is papíron szebb számokat hozni)
Röviden. Rossz irányba megy el az autók mérete.. Persze a biztonság fontos, de a suvok nem a megoldások ebben.

This is really common in the UK on motorways and dualcarriages. It's kind of nice though, true.
@@XXalex4 uhh no that’s not the law, at least not in France. You need to merge safely and if you can’t you just stop. But people can be cool and help you like this truck
@@skyward3643 true. The law also says that you need to facilitate the merging to other vehicles. Here in Spain people frequently let you in the highway

I see myself buying a dacia next time, new cars are equal of visiting the mechanic evry few weeks because of electronic problems adding to engine's. Really miss 80's and 90's with reliable cars that could make hundred of thousands miles without any problem with not too much maintenance. Btw nice video as always Joe, even if I don't like at all these cars, it's nice to see how they behave on the road. Keep up the good work you are doing!!

Really nice! Unfortunately full tank capacity is adjusted to wishful thinking instead of driver's wish.
French cars are some of the most high quality both in interiors and exteriors within their class.
But not motors and electric, useless shit boxes!
They just end up looking gimmicky IMO, the quality itself is very lackluster, I mean you can literally hear a ton of wind noise at 120kmh, my 2013 Volvo has a much better isolation than this.. I don't know, they seem like chinese toys to me, very flashy.
@@MilanVVVVV who even really pays attention to the wind and all that stuff as long as it's reliable and comfortable to drive the rest is just optional. I have a brand new Peugeot 208 and tried also the 308 and they were so fucking good.

Odczułeś może ten problem który poruszyli w Autocentrum? Mianowicie przy hamowaniu, hamulce się bardzo dziwnie zachowywały, tak jakby blokowały przy mocniejszym wciśnięciu. Super film, pozdrawiam :)

Edit: I saw the logo evolution of Peugeot and yeah the 1960 and the previous one were very similar to the new one, it is clearly inspired by them. That doesn't change my point though.

It can happen to some people, but the steering wheel can be configured and moved around in all 3 dimension

However, there have been two weejios of people launching the 308 Hybrid 225 to 100, and one did 6.4 seconds and the other did 6.7 seconds.
