      Hi fahmie, tanks for your comment!
      Truly depends the level of your team. But a good reference are between 3-5 series of 8-12 repetitions.
      Is very important the rest time, because the explosive feature of this type of exercise needs a complete recover. Normally we made 3 series in a system 30/30 (30 seconds work/30 seconds rest) and between the series 10 minutes of a low/moderate intensity tactical job. We have little time of training, so we need to be creative. In this type of training (normally in the beginning of the week) we have 3 groups of 4 players. 2 groups are training the tactical exercise and one group is with me making this job. they change positions when we finish the plyometric circuit.
