A nice way to spend a birthday. Happy birthday Cris the Girl. I enjoyed the tour and a beautiful place. Amazing. My great granddaughter and her new groom went to one of the Universal Resorts. Loews Portofino Bay Hotel as they had an Italian wedding theme. They booked months ahead and got an amazing discount for that week. I wonder if the Swizzle area is where they do the Swizzle dance. 🤔. Only one thing, they should have had a Flamingo or two in the Flamingo. 😂 😂. Stay safe. Tampa Jay💙🙏

Jay my daughter and I did some resort hopping last year on our Universal trip. We hopped to Cabana Bay and I love that place. We ate a freshly cooked burger from the food court and they were soooo good! You need to have a freshly cooked burger from there. We haven't stayed there yet. We have stayed twice at Endless Summer at both Surfside and Dockside. Happy birthday Cris.

We haven't vacationed in a few years cause of things needing done at our house. .we will be married 35 years this August . I hope we can afford to get away for a night and celebrate such a milestone . Would be so nice. And maybe go up north to take care of my dad's grave and grandparents which is almost 5 hours from my home , in Michigan

We haven't stayed there yet. It's nice to see all the amenities. We love to bowl so might have to check it out. I got the kids to bowl on a league with me and it's been really fun. If you're wanting to do fun bowling, the fishbowl bowling in Memphis at the pyramid is really good. It has a Bass shop in it, and a hotel. Super fun location. Restaurants too. Thanks for sharing!

I stayed inn the tower facing Volcano Bay in 2020 during the re-opening. Very retro vibes and the hallways have a Star Trek vibe as well!!!!

Cannot go wrong with Cabana Bay OR Endless Summer Dockside/Surfside for their prices. I stayed at both and super awesome food and early entry to the parks!!! Beautifully decorated for Xmas as well! Happy Bday Cris! 🎉

Looks like you had a lot of fun! Happy birthday Cris! The retro theming is on point! Regarding the fruit loops icee, it's probably more of a marketing thing, that they hope you are psychologically convinced that you taste fruit loops.
I like Cabana Bay, but there are just way too many kids there for this old timer. Lol So glad ya had a nice bday, Cris.
They usually have 2 other vehicles out there too. I'm hoping they are just restoring them cause they were in rough shape last time we were there.
