As an Offaly man it's good of Daithi to tell us what a great game he had against Clare that day. He may have hit Baker but I don't remember him hitting the ball once. He was the best minor full forward I ever saw (1986) but at senior, other than the '95 Leinster final, he did very little.

The small pick has always been the problem and to win 3 footballs and 4 hurlings was amazing. Look at the likes of Kildare, Westmeath, Louth, Wicklow ... Big populations but they can't win shit. If we never win again I'll still be proud to support the best county.
