This’s so 😎 but my question is what happened after signing the contracts ( Agreement) with the seller and I couldn’t get a buyer what happen next?
I lost 3 properties from a single seller, because he wanted to show my contracts to an attn. they had friends, so it didn't cost them anything. He was a older experienced property owner, and his wife was an retired attn. Sooo disappointing!

On almost every loan (I’m sure you know) they require to see your source of income for the past year and I’m not sure if they will consider wholesaling as my job/source of income

Hey jerry, I know a lot of properties on prop stream don’t have an pictures of the inside of the property. Do you still go after those deals? Or how would you approach that. Do you make the offer, or sign the contract, before you see the inside? Or do you ask them to take pictures? Especially when your virtually wholesaling, and I can’t drive 3 hours for a showing

What happens in case of lawyer states ??
Had an agent back out of writing up a deal purchase and sale agreement after I had sent them my proof of funds, EMD, and preferred clauses because I said no money down on the Purchase & Sale outside of the EMD itself. Is this normal or is this agent just skittish? I'm newer to wholesaling.
Question...let's say the MAO is 150k and you get it under contract for 130k...where does that 20k go? Does it go towards my assignment fee which I already figured in anyway?

You need to ask yourself that question, jerry has showed in multiple videos what it is and what it offers, if it seems helpful and if it seems like it may be something you want to use, then yeah probably I would say. Take care!

That's in order to get a signed contract with an off-market seller. You'd have to be very comfortable that you're closing this deal. But it doesn't have to be $500. Do $50 if you're just getting started. Cody does more deals than us, he can do $500.
