I love everything about the 80’s such beautiful looks came from that era!
I’ve also been watching Outlander (such a good show) and I noticed Claire’s hair. It’s always so detailed and elegant, even the simplest of hairstyles. One of my favourite hairstyles is her bun (S:1 EP: 12 Lallybroch) that she wears quite regularly on the show. It’s such a beautiful bun. Anyway, I was wondering if you could recreate it and some of her other hairstyles!

Bodacious! I'm sooo trying that scrunchie method I love big curls and I have TONS of scrunchies already as they're more gentle on curly hair so this is perfect! Also if you want the classic Lip balm tins or kissing potion from the 70's 80's to add to your vintage collection-the company is owned by tinte cosmetics and are still made today!

Love everything about this vid! You look absolutely beautiful, your makeup is also super on point. You seriously looked so much like Brooke shields, since that nose contour was perfect. But from the makeup looks to the hairstyles everything is amazing or should I say bodacious haha :)
Jackie, how do you keep your hair healthy and shiny with all the ironing and brushing and products you have to use to do what you do? What regimen do you use to protect your hair and keep it healthy?
Nailed it! Everyday looks were a little more plebeian until the late 80s but this was classic supermodel/actress hair in the early to mid 80s.

hi I was in love with this too. i tried it out but it's actually really harder than expected. especially with curly hair. I would recommend de-tangling it and using big scrunchies!

Such a creative idea! I just tried it and thankfully had just enough scrunchies to do all of my hair!
I did a test strand and it worked! Super easy and I feel like you could sleep in this if you wore a scarf to keep the scrunchies in place.

do u think the scrunchies would work on naturally wavy/curly hair?? to make it looser?
It will probably just reshape the curl into slightly bigger ringlets depending on your curl pattern. Maybe try having it air dry brush and putting serum through the length before wrapping. So the length is smoother and your roots wont be a different curl pattern.
