Been watching Potato for years. Including all the tech and drone reviewers he's hands down my favorite. His content man.. It's such good quality and his personality and presentation and everything is dope. Years later he's still my number 1 favorite TH-cam. 14:00 I actually think you nailed it when you said if dji added the aperture adjustment, you wouldn't have to buy ANY OTHER DRONE. Something you know they thought of and said, "Let's not compete with ourselves TOO much and leave that feature out so we still sell our other drones. We'll just tell people it's about lighting or weight or something like that. " 😎👌
Gene always does the best reviews. Loved the low light comparisons between the various DJI drones. Exactly what I needed to know considering the 1 inch sensor is the main upgrade for this drone.

You rock man! Love the humor and the details you talk about. Showing the focus and dof helps those guys that are not photographers understand it better. This is a great little drone. The only drawback I see at all is the fixed aperture. Nailing the exact ND in a quick crunch could be a drag.

I bought the Air 2 three weeks ago, and as soon as I watched this video, I posted the Air 2 for sale, to buy the “Air 2S” and the Air 2 wasn’t online for 15 mins, it sold immediately. Now I go to pick up the Air 2s tomorrow, right away.

During the extreme Winter weather in Texas this year I used my Mavic Air 2 Batteries and that adapter to keep my phone charged for days. It was a life saver

Best review of the 2s I've seen. I had to sell my Mavic 2 Pro during the lockdowns, but my new 2s is being delivered today. I'll probably get the Mavic 3 Cine at some point, but the 2s is plenty for my current needs, and what I finally went with because of Gene's fantastic review 🙏🏽🙏🏽🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽

11:20 Gene this was already available on the Mavic Pro en maybe even the Phantom drones. The audio gets recorded on your phone via its microphone. It is a bit more work, since the audio is only on the drone cache clips on your phone. But then you can match the clip from your phone to the clip on the SD-card.

I know you mentioned you wish remote recorded audio but I believe there is a setting which allows you to record voice from your phone while recording video. Hope this was helpful.

Actually your note about the microphone in the rc is handy even for taking notes , sometimes you take 6 or 7 takes and it takes forever to find the right one in post , a simple mic can solve alot 👍🏻

5.4k looks REALLY sharp. Lots of potential with "Ol' FOUR EYES" -which is what I will always call the Air 2S. Spotlight FTW!
Mastershots starts right off with a dolly zoom. DJI showing off. For people who can't or won't learn piloting skills this will give everyone the ability to deliver masterfully produced video. All you guys who spent years becoming pros - you are now irrelevant, lol! Not really, but AI makes less demand for skilled pilots. This, unfortunately is how "progress" works.
