Are you currently cutting? I'm doing 1500 and 1800 carb cycling. It's so hard to squeeze 200g of protein in.
@airigone1257 not right now, hate cutting so i am currently in maintenance mode... what do you mean by 1500 and 1800 carb cycling by the way?
@@redmetalpanda9051 On lift days I eat 1800 calories eating carbs. On rest days I eat 1500 calories eating as few carbs as possible but I always get in 200+ grams of protein. Rest days are tough, ill only have like 2 protein shakes 2 protein bars throughout the day and a single chicken breast or pork chop for dinner
@@redmetalpanda9051 I'll eat 1800 calories on lifting days leaning towards carbs and rest days I eat 1500 calories not eating carbs. On Saturday and Sunday I eat at maintenance 2100 also no carbs, to keep my metabolism up.
Costco in Australia is a rip off,you dont save anything shopping there
