No, I don't post except for Kaweco Sports because my hands are petite and most posted pens are too heavy. And I currently have 8 pens inked up, half of those are Kaweco Sports.
When you post the Sport, the clip has to be aligned with the nib or the pen will detonate after 60 seconds. Safety feature to keep from using it wrong, see.
I more recently stopped posting all but my pocket sized pens. I have a fear that unless there's a metal band at the bottom of it, it'll contribute to the cap cracking in time. I have no idea if that's an unwarranted fear, but I'm sticking with it.

Yes to posting, I can’t risk losing the cap so I’ve gotten used to each of my pens backweighted and it feels OFF if it isn’t backweighted now! Pen boxes keep my ink sample vials and cartridges and like Stephanie all the other accessories and maintenance gear. 5 pens inked at a time but the one major workhorse (Pilot 78G+ in Capri Blue). Desert island pen is TWSBI Eco for the ink capacityyyyy

I literally just opened my order from Jet Pens! I ordered two bottles of Sailor Manyo ink, along with some other items. And I was sad that i didn’t also buy another fountain pen to add to my collection. This video has made me realize I need more than one pen to add to my collection! I’m about to place another order!
I got a JetPens order on Friday. No fountain pens but got some beautiful inks and I wanted to try their brand new 0.5 mm Pilot Juice Up Gel Pen in Classic Glossy Blue. This pen is UNBELIEVABLE in how smooth it write and extra bonus, the ink has a hint of sparkle in it! Not heavy like a glitter pen, it just has a hint of a metallic shimmer. I cannot believe how much I've used this pen since it arrived on Friday! I wanted to check the refill but I couldn't open it, maybe it's not refillable, which will make me very sad, but I'll buy more of these pens! I got refills for my kokuyo tri-fold notebook cover, it comes with a refillable A5 kokuyo twin ring edge title notebook, I added a Rhodia Ice White A5 tablet. I got a Rose Gold pocket clip for my Kaweco Macchiatto (sp) fountain pen, and finally bought a Uni Kuru Toga Mechanical Pencil - Pipe Slide -Castle in the Air variant. It takes a little training it is different from the Pentel mechanical pencils I used at work, but my work ones were filled with a yellowish plastic lead for drawing designs on coated mylar. I preferred Rapidiograph pens on vellum but whatever the client wants. Now, I rarely use pencils at work due to CAD. I miss the old days. As usual I loved everything from jetpens!
I forgot to tell the ink I bought! It's Dominant Industry Tanzanite Ink - Pearl Series - 25 ml Bottle. It's gorgeous and acts like J Herbin 1640 series inks. Different colors & shimmers depending on the paper! This ink comes in a usual bottle and single use pipet inside of a cloth bag.
Stephanie, you are hilarious! I’ve never heard anyone speak about fountain pens the way I talk about fountain pens! I adore you! I wish we were friends… that’s the vibe I get from you 🎨✒️🖋❤️🔥
This is my favorite JetPens video of all! What a personality Stephanie has! And I’m as addicted to fountain pens as she is. I actually have the TWSBI vac Iris pen she said she wanted next, and it is my Grail pen. I love it so much! More videos about fountain pens with Stephanie, please!
Yes, this video was worth the wait! I could easily watch hours of Stephanie staring at her pens. I'm lucky enough to have the TWSBI Iris with 1.1 stub and it's GLORIOUS.
I've only been collecting fountain pens for *maybe* a year, and I just got my sixth this week lol. I don't post either with the exception of the Kaweco Sport. It's so petite without the cap, I find the extra weight makes it more comfortable than without. My favorite in my collection is the Pilot Falcon, it's a dream. My first pen was the Lamy Safari, which is such an amazingly versatile pen. I have a Vanishing Point as well, and I find it had the longest adjustment period of any other pen I've used so far. It's heavy!
Yes I do post, unless it feels too heavy in my hand. Back in the days (who's turning 40 this year ? 🙋🏼♀️) We learned to write with a fountain pen in school around age 8 (in France), and the teacher would usually made you post as to not loose your cap. Currently inked : 4 Absolute favorite : Kaweco Collection Vibrant Violet with Kaweco Pearl Black Currently manifesting for : Kaweco Liliput or (Supra??? Or booooooth) Fireblue 😍😍😍
I love your enthusiasm for the pens and inks! I just got in the Kaweco iridescent Pearl with a broad nib and I've got it inked with sailor manyo haha. It looks great in my hobo. I've got the Omni flex nib on my Monteverde rainbow limited edition 25th(?) anniversary pen. The nib looks great, but honestly doesn't feel that flexible at all to me. Right now I've got a lamy safari inked up along with the Monteverde and the Kaweco fitting perfectly in my rickshaw case. Great video!
It is so great you noticed the heart breather hole, Stephanie! I miss my friend from Seattle that introduced me to Platinums. You are entertaining and definitely need to be in an Off-Off-Off Broadway Play 🙏
I had never used a fountain pen in my 35 years until about 6 months ago and now I use them for just about everything. Now I'm up to about 10 pens and probably 12 or so bottles of ink. Most of them came from JetPens. Thank you JetPens for facilitating my new pen addiction!
Stephanie's videos are amazing: informative, funny, and never insipid. I mean ... she's discussing her personal pens as friends, and I am transfixed. I love her ebullient personality. I don't collect pens, although I have bought hundreds. I started with Parker. Then, when I began earning money, I bought Montblancs, but they are more prestige jewelry than pens (crappy nibs and seals). After 50 years, I use only three TWSBI Diamond 580s I keep in my case, and three Diamond Minis I carry in my shirt pocket. I love the Iroshizuku and Sailor inks, and, of course, Jet Pens.
Best. Video. Ever. I love everything about it. More Stephanie and more fountain pens, please. I’m a non-poster. I hold the cap in my other hand while I’m writing.
Omg Stephanie loves Haikyuu too! And heart-shaped breather holes ❤️ And Bouquet D’antan! I got a $60 JetPens gift certificate last Christmas and I was over the moon. My forever fountain pen is a Pilot Kakuno and I do post. Love the video, thank you JetPens and Stephanie
Yes fountain pens!! i just recently got into it, so far i have a Blue Pilot Kakuno inked with Diamine pelham blue and a Lamy Safary with Diamine Ancient copper. Once you get one fountain pen, there is no coming back!
Post: Almost always Desert Island Pen: My Pilot Custom 823 What I do with my “Pen Caskets”: A large “Graveyard Drawer” has been made. Inked Up: 15 (10 on “rotation” and 5 “special use”) Next Pen: Sailor Pro Gear Stellar Black Hole in . (technically already on order.) 😁
Ugh... I'm terrible. I have 18 pens currently inked and in use right now. LOL!! I use multiple colors daily so it's just handy. I'm hooked on fountain pens!
THE MOMENT I SAW THE RADEN GALAXY As a Pilot fan, I just. I will never own that gorgeous thing but I *definitely* have stared at it! Lucky! I personally still happily run a pink Prera everywhere because pretty, balanced, demonstrator... and when I inevitably crack it I have backups because they're low cost. Great for daily carry and as a starter both.
Hello Stephanie! My desert island pen is my 1986 slim-line black tungsten Mont Blanc with a fine nib - it still writes great after all these decades! I use the boxes to keep cartridges, converter and spare nib sections. I don't post pens, I don't want to damage the barrel but my pens have enough weight already. The other pen I use most is a 2020 Cross Bailey with a lovely burgandy finish over metal, and it's personalised - just a beautiful everyday pen. Your video is fascinating and very funny!
1) Mostly un-posted! 2) if I’m stuck on a desert island, a tossup between my Lamy 2000 and my Sailor 1911 Large 3) I keep four pens inked up. One with black for work, and the rest a rotation of color palettes. I’m actually starting to use swatches inspired by cinematography from movies I like! Right now I have some greens and gold for St Paddy’s Day :)
My favorite pen is the Pilot Vaniahing Point in white and black with a medium nib. I pair it with my favorite ink, Jacques Herbin in Émeraude de Chivor. It gives me goosebumps thinking of how much I love the combo. When I use a pen with a cap, I set the cap on the table too. I'm definitely going to have to get a couple pens and inks you've shown just now. I have fun watching all of your videos. I feel like a happy kid with a new toy because of all of you. Thank you! ❤️ Edit: my next pen is either going to have to be your Grail pen, I agree in it's beauty. I've wanted it as well, and a more affordable pen would be a TWSBI demonstrator pen. Since my favorite color is rainbow, yes, I have been dreaming of the one you showed as well. To date, if we're just talking fountain pens, I have six. If all pens, I collect reusable disposable pens, so like, 40? Again, thank you!
Still my favorite fountain pen video of all time. Stephanie needs to do some currently inked videos. I'm intrigued by the peek at the currently inked in her journal.
I was just watching the video and I loved why I was like: o she's just like me! and that's a lot of fun to find someone who you can relate to in that way because they stare at the ink in the converter or how he treats her pens. it's super nice to watch the videos
You're naturally entertaining and your videos are always fun to watch! 🤣 I have some nice fountain pens and I try to remind myself that I don't need any more but I've been eyeing the Pilot Raden for awhile. That's definitely a holy grail pen. Thanks for another great video.
I'm into fountain pens too and I LOVE Rickshaw bags. I have several 😅. I also have three Platinum 3776 Century's. I do not post my pens, either! Unless they're cheap plastic ones like a Kakuno or Preppy. Or else they get too heavy! I have about 47 pens inked. Yeah. My next pen will be a custom one from a pen turner hopefully :) ETA: I have that exact same Starry Night bag too!
This was such a fun video to watch!! I actually just bought my first fountain pen yesterday, an Eco-T in mint blue, so I’m even more excited for it to arrive now!
Have 3 pens inked, but that will be changing soon! Have 6 pens coming from a friend online, she gave me a great deal on them. all Twsbis including an Iris vac700r. And yes all will be inked. I recently got a Opus88 Flora and its just beautiful! Its shaped like a vase! Too cool. Also have my first Visconti Rembrandt in Pink! And a huge order from Rickshaw bags arriving soon ❤️❤️ most items pink! I do also have a a noodlers Ahab flex in pink tiger. I cant wait to get everything organized and ready to write and journal! I also love just looking at the pens and writing with them is amazing. So many beautiful inks. And I also have a hobinochi techno cousin, with animalC cover, glue stick and cutest scissors coming from Jetpens!!!
1. My desert island pen would be my Pelikan M400. 2. It depends. I post my smaller pens (like the Sailor Pro Gear Slim) but not bigger ones like the TWSBI Eco. 3. I keep all the boxes! 4. I have six pens inked up right now. 5. My next big purchase will be a Pelikan M600 in Tortoiseshell or Green Stripe OR the Pilot E95S.
Posting: depends on the pen. I post with my light (plastic/resin) pens, basically any pens that are metal or have a heavy cap is just an automatic no post Desert island pen... Is probably my TWSBI Iris or (if I still had it) Pilot Custom 823 The gasp and dramatic lean back when I witnessed the reveal of the Grail Pen. A beautiful choice, it's definitely one up there for me-- H-how many pens I have inked? ... Probably 9-10... Maybe.
I have nine pens inked up right now, which is totally unmanagable! But then again, I have a similar job where I take two pens in to work every day. I started with Lamys, a Waldmann, one Conklin Duraflex (which is a hard flex), and my next investment will either be a Pelikan or my first Pilot. Wide variety of inks in my collect - currently road testing some samples of Sailor Shikori and the ink lab collection.
Grail pen, which I'm also fortunate enough to own, is the Lamy Lady Rosenthal fountain pen. It has a 14k gold nib which is super smooth. The barrel is made from very high grade Rosenthal porcelain, the black, white and gold version. I run it with my favourite ink, Diamine, Ancient Copper.
I post. The pens I have are designed to distribute the weight evenly when posted. Not posting for me affects the overall feel and quality of my strokes. Stephanie show me more Hobonichi. I just purchased my very first one!
So jealous of that Raden Vanishing Point - that is one of my grail pens for sure. Just beautiful. And I share your love of the Monteverde Invincia Nebula! I snatched up one with the Omniflex nib, and it is now one of my top 3 pens.
I’ve been collecting for a couple years now and I’m up to 11 !! Wow, hard to believe. I have about 7 inked right now and I use them in rotation. I switch each day. At the beginning of the next month, I will clean and then ink up another batch with different inks so I can see how they pair with different inks and nibs. It’s a fun hobby but can get expensive! Not sure what my next pen will be. There are sooo many to chose from!
💙 this video, thank you for sharing your pens, Stephanie! Love the hi lo mix of your selections, from a posh Platinum 3776 to a much-loved taped up Preppy. I don't typically post my pens either, combo of smaller hands + not liking the back-weighting. Also not a fully "matchy matchy" ink to pen person, though I like to swap out inks seasonally. Oh the boxes ... Collector confession, I keep all the packaging. Too much antiques roadshow? 😂 I counted my currently inked pens and there are six, but on average it ranges somewhere from between 6 and 12. Like you I use them daily: journaling, note taking, correspondence, etc. Desert island pen is a tough question. The last time I had a long traveling holiday (pre-pandemic, sigh) I surprised myself by choosing to bring a Sailor Procolor 500 Shikisai (aka Shikiori Hisakata) and really loved it. So, maybe that one? My current Grail pen / white whale is a Montblanc Bohème but wowza, your Pilot capless w/ the raden finish is 😍. P.S. don't even get me started on Noodler's pens. Only pen I've ever gladly given away. 😜
I always prefer to post the cap on my pens. The only times I don't is when they cause significant back weight (as mentioned) OR if the pen feels too long (awkward) in my hand, even if the cap doesn't add noticeable weight. My choice for a desert island pen is definitely a TWSBI, preferably an Eco, with a 1.1 mm stub nib. I choose this pen for three reasons: (1) the bold ink color and cursive look of the writing, (2) the ink never, ever dries out, even when having ink in the pen for over a year, and (3) it holds lots of ink. The only containers I've ever kept are the Kaweco tin cans and the Fisher Space plastic containers. I use the tins to store average sized gel, ballpoint, and rollerball cartridges and the plastic containers for the small multi pen refills. Very handy!! Lastly, my favorite ink to use is Diamine Oxford Blue. It is the one bottle of ink I'll always have handy. Great video; thank you!
Great video! I don‘t think I‘ve got a Holy Grail pen yet but I do love my Kaweco Sport pens. Those are also the only ones I post … apart from the Pilot Petit 1. They‘re just too small to write comfortably with if you don‘t post them. I think I‘ve inked about 30 fountain pens, among them the Pilot Petit 1s and some Platinum Preppies, so … mostly affordable fountain pens. I love using a variety of inks and I don‘t think either the Preppies or the Pilot Petits are likely to dry out anytime soon if I don‘t use them for a while.
Ugh I wish you posted this a couple days ago when I placed my jetpens order! LOL I bought a TWSBI clear, but now I think I want a Pilot vanishing point. So far I have 2 Kawecos and a beginner Pilot. Love all of them!
It really depends on the pen if I post. I'll do it with jelly roll or cheap barrel gel pens with the light weight caps but a hefty pen with a large removable cap usually sits in the center of my journal when I write.
I have 5 currently inked - I post if the pen is light or short, like the Kaweco Sport. My heavy Waterman isn't as comfortable posted. My next pen is probably the TWSBI Eco-T fine nib, but I'm also in love with the Monteberde Invincia Flex. My Holy Grail pen right now is the Lamy Dialog 3 Fine Nib.
ive got the stealth black invincia, no omniflex, just fine tip,😔 (inked with monteverde Yosemite green) that pen is really heavy but its balanced well enough that i don't notice when writing for long periods. everyday i use a pilot petit1 fine that i eyedropper converted with a little teflon tape and filled with noodler's heart of darkness and a clear twisbi go inked with diamine oxblood. i use those with a memo pad that i have on my person near constantly to keep things organized. I've tried using my phone for the same purpose but sometimes i need to make quick sketches, also the process of getting into your phone and typing notes in a widget is glacial in speed compared to pulling out the memo pad and pen. that's probably partially due to the fact that i suck at typing on a phone with big hands and finger tips that cover four keyboard letters at a time.
Hi Stephanie, enjoyed the video. Some answers for you- Yes, I tend to post. How many pens are inked? Well, I fell into a habit last year of inking up each new pen as it arrived. Oops. Next thing I knew, I had over a dozen pens inked. So Now I am almost done cleaning my pens. Now my new plan is to have two or three inked at a time. I do NOT have a Grail pen, but I'm getting close. I really like the TWSBI Diamond demonstrators. I do like the ECOs, but they're a little too light for my taste. Sailors are great too. --- Love the JetPens website and the crew. W.
idk why, but I mainly find myself reaching for my limited edition Perpanep Platinum Preppy. I just love the cap and size of the pen compared to my other pens. It also just fits nicely in my pockets, not being too big but not tiny. I also love the price of replacement nibs or multiple nib sizes
Stephanie… thanks for your videos. It would be impossible to watch without catching some of your genuine joy in fountain pens! 24 pens inked at pretty much all times.
what nib do you use Steph? my 1st fountain pen was a disaster 😖 the Lamy Safari with medium nib and it was too thick for my liking and I don't think it has a stopper, that's probably why the ink leaks 😅
I run a pair of metros, a fine and CM with the fine color matched black and CM color matched to some J. Herbin calanque blue. Fountain pens are my tools for doing storyboard drawings and stuff. For inking I have either a set of Speedball B nibs and holder (don't put Speedball nibs in the Tachikawa ones) or a Tachikawa T-40 with a G and mapping nib. For inking I either run waterproof India or Pilot Drafting ink and I never mix my nibs because India ink leaves crusty stuff and Pilot will not.
I currently have 4 pens inked up,but unfortunately one of my first pen’s here 332’s nib is broken. I am looking to buy a pilot kakono and a lamy safari with converters.
My current "daily driver" is my Conklin Duragraph (Cracked Ice colourway) with an Omniflex nib, inked with Diamine Midnight. It's so pleasant to write with, and it's very light for a largish pen. I just cleaned my pens, but I still have my baby blue TWSBI (fine nib) and my Kaweco Brass sport (1.1 nib) also inked at the moment. They have Diamine Violet and J. Herbin Vert de Gris, respectively. Next on my wishlist is the new Kaweco Iridescent sport; it made me say "ooh, preeeetty!" when I first saw it. I also really dig the sleek look of the gorgeous flex nib pens from The Good Blue (smaller company from London). The pens are beautiful, and they offer different feed options, which I've never seen before.
I have a platinum preppy, Duke sapphire fude NIB, LAMY safari, pilot metropolitan, another I received as a gift, but my latest addition is a TWSBI Eco. This pen 🧑🏾🍳💋🤌🏾 My favorite by far 😂 Don't tell the other ones! I love carbon black ink and my noodlers, just because they're more waterproof for my watercolor 😊
I usually never post my fountain pens as it makes them too heavy. I currently have 5 pens inked. My holy grail pen would be an Esterbrook in Sunflower. Love you fellow Stephanie, haha. Your sense of humour makes this video so fun.
I have 11 pens inked currently, I post on some pens, but not others. My Conklin Endura Abalone DOES NOT get posted. Yes, I have all of the Conklin nib units. I currently have the Conklin fine nib unit in there and have it inked up with a slightly diluted Organic Studios Henry David Thoreau Walden Pond Blue. I also have the Pilot Vanishing Point as my grail pen, but Raden Water Surface. My next pen will probably be the Kaweco Iridescent Pearl in Fine if I can find one, but the TWSBI Vac700R in Iris is ALSO on my list.
Your grail pen made me drool. It's gorgeous! Maybe down the line when I'm further into this hobby and have more money, I'll be able to get a raden vanishing point. And to answer your questions: I don't normal post my pens unless they're extremely light such as the TWSBI Swipe. My desert island pen would probably one with high ink capacity suck as my TWSBI Eco. My boxes are used for parts storage too! Currently, I have 3 pens inked up - TWSBI Swipe (M) with Noodler's Navajo Turquoise, TWSBI Eco (1.1 stub) with Sailor Yamadori, and Pilot matte black VP (F) with Pilot black. The next pen I want is the navy TWSBI Diamond 580ALR.
I can listen to Stephanie’s voice all day it’s so soothing and love your personality 🥰. I have been wanting to get and use a fountain pen but I’m sooo nervous 😟 the last time I used a fountain was in elementary school for learning calligraphy and dropped the ink bottle on my white desk my parents almost killed me and since then never used a fountain pen. Now I’ve started journaling and want to try a fountain pen but that childhood fear keeps me from doing so. P.s can’t wait to see your outtakes and kpop responses 😂
I got a Noodler's Flex (yes it is stinky and so is their ink XD) to try to compete with the tachikawa dipping nibs, but it bent and stopped working pretty fast. The replacement nibs are not the same as the one it ships with too. Is this pen still in your everyday inked roll, Stephanie? I'd like to see another company try the flex, but currently I'm not into noodler's because of the bad experiences. Most of my collection is just Pilot Kakuno in different colors atm, I really gotta diversify 😅
Love your fountain pen share! I have a substantial collection of fountain pens. While not a fountain pen, I love the Pentel tradio because it write similarly, doesn’t leak and easy refills (nothing like trying to go to a meeting where you want to take notes, need to refill your fountain pen and end up with stained fingers). I have multiple platinum preppy pens because it won’t break my heart if I lose them, plus the fun Pilot petites with coordinating ink cartridges. I try to keep only three or four pens filled, been known to leave them around the house or change purses and find lovely stains. I had a standing case that you no longer offer but it was too filled with pens to put in my purse. I switched to the pilot hi-tech-c coleto pens to satisfy my need for writing with different colored inks.

Let's be honest. We are all screeching for the mood queen of Jetpens, Stephanie.
The TONE of this and really all jetpens videos is so good. It’s a perfect mixture of informative, cute, fun, etc. Love the longer videos!!

Yes I do post, unless it feels too heavy in my hand. Back in the days (who's turning 40 this year ? 🙋🏼♀️) We learned to write with a fountain pen in school around age 8 (in France), and the teacher would usually made you post as to not loose your cap.
Currently inked : 4
Absolute favorite : Kaweco Collection Vibrant Violet with Kaweco Pearl Black
Currently manifesting for : Kaweco Liliput or (Supra???
You are such a mood. I love it. Also, fantastic collection. Dare I say...the best Jet Pens video?
It is so great you noticed the heart breather hole, Stephanie! I miss my friend from Seattle that introduced me to Platinums. You are entertaining and definitely need to be in an Off-Off-Off Broadway Play 🙏
This channel and its people are so amazingly unique.
I love that you clearly share my love for fountain pens. No, I don't post and I keep four pens inked.
I had never used a fountain pen in my 35 years until about 6 months ago and now I use them for just about everything. Now I'm up to about 10 pens and probably 12 or so bottles of ink. Most of them came from JetPens. Thank you JetPens for facilitating my new pen addiction!
Always thrilled to see Stephanie!
Stephanie’s personality shines through in her videos and they’re all great! Really enjoyed her thoughts and excitements
I love to watch how people treat their stationery (pen) like a kid like I do. I just LOVE stationery. Love how Stephanie introduced them too.
Finally, a Kaweco Sport in the perfect size 🥰
Love Stephanie. Refreshingly smart, informative, and funny!
The Preppy is pretty amazing! I’ve got six of the 2019 100th Anniversary edition, all loaded up with different Iroshizuku inks.
Best. Video.
I love the dragon design of your pencil bag!!
omg yeah, I want one for my Jinhaos, would be just perfecttttt
i love noodler's inks they are by far my favorite.
Yes fountain pens!! i just recently got into it, so far i have a Blue Pilot Kakuno inked with Diamine pelham blue and a Lamy Safary with Diamine Ancient copper. Once you get one fountain pen, there is no coming back!
Outstanding collection. The Platinum in green is my favorite!
Post: Almost always
Desert Island Pen: My Pilot Custom 823
What I do with my “Pen Caskets”: A large “Graveyard Drawer” has been made.
Inked Up: 15 (10 on “rotation” and 5 “special use”)
Next Pen: Sailor Pro Gear Stellar Black Hole in . (technically already on order.) 😁
Ugh... I'm terrible. I have 18 pens currently inked and in use right now. LOL!! I use multiple colors daily so it's just handy. I'm hooked on fountain pens!
I currently have 43 pens inked. I dont know what my next pen will be but I DO LOVE that Raden Galaxy. Enjoy it!
THE MOMENT I SAW THE RADEN GALAXY
As a Pilot fan, I just. I will never own that gorgeous thing but I *definitely* have stared at it!
Lucky!
I personally still happily run a pink Prera everywhere because pretty, balanced, demonstrator... and when I inevitably crack it I have backups because they're low cost. Great for daily carry and as a starter both.
"It doesn't know what it wants to be. And neither do I, so I relate." I love her videos!
I love Stephanie’s personality and voice. It makes me happy :)
It was very entertaining and educational. Please continue.
You got me wanting the Vanishing Point-nice video! Love your realness and love for pens
My 7 month old and I love your videos. She doesn’t like cartoons but she is mesmerized by Stephanie on Jetpens 😂
1) Mostly un-posted!
2) if I’m stuck on a desert island, a tossup between my Lamy 2000 and my Sailor 1911 Large
3) I keep four pens inked up. One with black for work, and the rest a rotation of color palettes. I’m actually starting to use swatches inspired by cinematography from movies I like! Right now I have some greens and gold for St Paddy’s Day :)
Stephanie is lovely and entertaining! Love watching her
My favorite pen is the Pilot Vaniahing Point in white and black with a medium nib. Thank you! ❤️
Edit: my next pen is either going to have to be your Grail pen, I agree in it's beauty.
Thanks for sharing! We appreciate the kind words 😊
Still my favorite fountain pen video of all time. Stephanie needs to do some currently inked videos. I'm intrigued by the peek at the currently inked in her journal.
This is my favourite JetPens video of all time ✨✨✨✨
Stephanie is soooo cool… I had fun watching this content
Yeah. My next pen will be a custom one from a pen turner hopefully :)
ETA: I have that exact same Starry Night bag too!
This was such a fun video to watch!! I actually just bought my first fountain pen yesterday, an Eco-T in mint blue, so I’m even more excited for it to arrive now!
FINALLY! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO!
Bring on the outtakes and q&a! I’ll just stay here and wait…and practice my fountain pen writing.
I just got the Iris 1.1 and it is AMAZING!
I post with my light (plastic/resin) pens, basically any pens that are metal or have a heavy cap is just an automatic no post
Desert island pen... Is probably my TWSBI Iris or (if I still had it) Pilot Custom 823
The gasp and dramatic lean back when I witnessed the reveal of the Grail Pen. A beautiful choice, it's definitely one up there for me--
H-how many pens I have inked?
I’ll admit I never even thought of not posting haha but I will no longer do it as of right now.
I post. The pens I have are designed to distribute the weight evenly when posted. Not posting for me affects the overall feel and quality of my strokes. Stephanie show me more Hobonichi. I just purchased my very first one!
Posting- yes! Always
Desert island -lamy al star
Pen boxes- i keep one sturdy one and it has ppextra cartridges, converters etcs. Very handy.
So jealous of that Raden Vanishing Point - that is one of my grail pens for sure. Just beautiful. And I share your love of the Monteverde Invincia Nebula! I snatched up one with the Omniflex nib, and it is now one of my top 3 pens.
Stephanie, it is a pleasure to meet you via YT...you have an amazing personality...I've never owned a fountain pen but about to start a collection
Omg yes when the light hits the pen! I have that raden vanishing point and it is glorious!
What great humor! I post & currently have 2 pens inked plain old blue run-of-the-mill blue. I’d love a (discontinued) waterman Edson sapphire blue.
ive got the stealth black invincia, no omniflex, just fine tip,😔 (inked with monteverde Yosemite green) that pen is really heavy but its balanced well enough that i don't notice when writing for long periods. everyday i use a pilot petit1 fine that i eyedropper converted with a little teflon tape and filled with noodler's heart of darkness and a clear twisbi go inked with diamine oxblood. i use those with a memo pad that i have on my person near constantly to keep things organized.
Stephanie is so great on camera! Love her❤
Where did you get that HUGE fountain pen?
I'm a simple man. I see Steph, I hit like.
idk why, but I mainly find myself reaching for my limited edition Perpanep Platinum Preppy. I just love the cap and size of the pen compared to my other pens. It also just fits nicely in my pockets, not being too big but not tiny. I also love the price of replacement nibs or multiple nib sizes
I enjoy your attitude and style. Well done.
fountain pen crush is real...that Raden Galaxy is everything!
Question: would you use up the inks in your pen? Or would you eventually dump it back to the bottle to fill New inks?
