Hi I watched your video when you was low and I am going through exactly the same thing like you I'm petrified of taking medication because the side effects they have put me on so many medication and it's like my body doesn't agree and does give me side effects so there running out of options now, it's so nice to see far you've come and how much better you have got I really need some hope and ways to move forward I'm trying everything things need to change.

Aww rach! Firstly massive virtual hugs sent your way! I know the daily battle...honestly.
I know some meds can give side effects but I beg you to try and ride them out. For at least 6 weeks. When you find the right med and you start to level out it is life changing! Please give it another go. Not everyday is perfect for me and I still have bad days but they are manageable now and don't take over my life xx

Thank you for uploading this! I’m week 10 now and still not feeling how I should be. I’ve had better days but I’m still really anxious and my health anxiety is still there. When did you start to feel better? X

No worries at all. I started to feel better after a few months but didn't feel great until about the 5 month mark. But stick at it as it does work. 😘 xx

Thanks for this video. I struggle with GAD for over 11 years. It’s bad dealing with day to day stuff and my driving it effects. Im nervous the thought of driving. Do you drive? Does anxiety make you nervous?

Wow it took you 4-5 months to feel better?? I felt better almost instantly after taking my first dose! I also don’t binge eat anymore, so losing weight too which is a bonus! I’m 2 weeks in now and feeling great already!

      Welcome to the placebo effect
I’d say Zoloft real effects don’t kick in until at least 12 weeks on the same dose
But I usually had a great first week on them due to placebo of me thinking they were working

So glad you went on an anti depressant. Very happy for you that your feeling like you again. Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. The stigma of mental illness needs to keep changing.

Zoloft was prescribed more frequently than any other antidepressant in the USA in 2018 with over 38 million prescriptions.
