Subterranean Shunning Grounds Guide | Get to the Boss Fast!

- In this video I will show you how to get to, and how to get through the subterranean shunning grounds, the sewers located under Leyndell Royal Capital. I will show you a fast way through the sewers, and also the rewards you get from defeating the boss at the end of the zone, Mohg, the Omen. Mohg, the Omen rewards you with two great rewards, the Bloodflame Talons and the Erdtree's Favor +1, possibly the best talisman in the mid-game! This video will also show you the location of the Dung Eater's jail (gaol) cell so that you can carry on that quest line if you need to!

You missed two major things in this area.
One, if you follow across the top of the pipes by the imps and make your way down to the lobster there is a whole catacomb, and boss. Its actually quite the unique dungeon and the boss item is great for bleed builds.
The second is in the main boss room, the altar behind the chest is actually a hidden passageway to a massive secret. But be warned, it is a super annoying trial to get down!
Let people discover things for themselves lol. I’m sure he didn’t include those things on purpose.

And did I say what was behind it? How it was important, what relevance it has? No. Just that there was a secret there. Spoiling it would be saying what is doen there, how to beat/navigate through it. Which, since this video shows mostly everything in this area, im preeeeetty sure noone cares about spoilers. Which again, I did not spoil what was in those areas, just that there is an area to look out for.
People are coming to this video to learn how to best navigate the sewers, hense the title of the video being a guide to completing the area. Yes in the video he states that he wont go over everything, but he'll show the important things. Typically that means bosses, major items, major areas, but exclude something like a soul, or crafting item.

Thank you so much for keeping the speed of the run normal and not Barry Allen levels of hyper speed. It’s always easier to follow and more convenient not to slow the playback down.
It was still too fast because he’s spinning the camera, fake-looking at doors, sudden turning 180 degrees, and NEVER saying a single word that is helpful about left / right / orientation / direction . or the fact that there’s another spot exactly like in video with a jail style door intersection in the pipe, which isn’t the right one, meanwhile the pipes are easy to get turned around in.

If you head down from the pipes where the imps are throwing stuff, down where the lobsters are at. There's an entrance to some catacombs down there

Thank you so freaking much for the quick and precise walkthrough. So many enemy types that I hate in that area. I got lost and ran into a revenant during my last attempt and that was it for me. I hate those things. So gave up on trying to complete that area. Until I came across your guide just now. Definitely subscribing!

Thanks, even though I have gone through this a few times in other playthroughs I got stuck going in circles this time. I just missed that hole after the large rat. There are other areas to explore with some goodies that are worth doing, but this is just the bee-line to reaching the boss, with what I was looking for. :)

I can officially declare that I cleared out whole ground myself. Every pipe, every corner that is here I stepped on. I was so frustrating I could not find out how to get to the main lift to get to the boss, but eventually one hole that looks exactly the same as the other got me to it. There were moments when I almost completely lost my mind :)
Also you forgot to mention there is another place like cellar deep down and it has some cool items too…

This reminded me of DS 1 sewer level to fight the gaping dragon took me years to find my way. THIS version however just got me all the way fucked up. Thanks for the guide.. seriously.

theres a completely different place you can get to with a little boss fight as well, some catacombs style area. Have to get all the way to the ground level in the area with all the pipes and can also find a shackle down there for the mohg fight similar to the one for margit.

What was down the first hole that you skipped (in the after area before the jars, I know what's down the first set of holes at the start of the dungeon)
