What the problem is..modification process will make some bend on the crancshaft..how u pairing 2 side perfectly during put the pin..1 mm miss can reduce the perfection of crankshaft rotation absolutely ..the balance will be problem and reduce the speed of yur motocycle..the wibration become larger..at last u wil just buy the new set crankshaft..
To answer my own question, I researched it, look up how to true a crankshaft, not to difficult. There's a person on Ebay you can ship your crank too with new rod kit and he will assemble and true it, like 60 something bucks, well worth it.

There will be tolerance measeure in the manual for the quad check what they are and measure them

before u dis assemble them, make a straight mark on both of em, and it will work like Top dead center mark in timing gear
I would have pressed the bearings in first since the rod pin is offset, you may bend the crank out of wack.
Exactly, he should have done it exactly in reverse of how he disassembled it.
Dude made it look as easy as cutting a cake if only we know how hard it is
We gave up when wee seen the bearing of the crank was done
