I love how real and raw you are. You are so relatable. I had been doing good exercise and eating wise this year until later part of the summer. I've been stagnant and overate do I put on almost 6kg weight and about 9% fat 😵💫🥺. Life happens and I have no friends to go training with me. So I must pick myself back up and get back on track. We got this everyone. Don't give up on your goals. Keep trying ❤

WOW YOU LOOK AMAZING!! This was just what i needed. I had a really great 3 month streak of walking and weights. I felt like a SAW results but nothing on the scale moved. infact, the scale went up. life happened i fell off the wagon for teo months. now im back on and reminding myself that results can take a long time.
I feel you when I was only strength training I felt like I was gaining when even following my same diet. I did gain 5 pounds so easily and fluctuated so much. I started focusing more on a plant based clean diet and worked on maintaining a high protein diet and walking 5K steps or more. My goal is to hit 10K but I don’t beat myself up if some days I don’t but I make sure to do some movement like slow weighted workouts (because I have PCOS) and it helps me loose weight and sports (basketball,volleyball,softball,frisbee, yoga, Pilates, and etc). This is how I maintained my weight loss of close to 30Lb as of right now 🙂. Not staying you should follow this but what changed for me is my lifestyle and what I eat and movement and most importantly remaining consistent. I hardly eat out ever and I cook a lot. Yea it’s time consuming but it is definitely for me worth me having consistent regular periods and hormone stability, better moods, and feeling so much better. This worked for me.
I feel this i have pcos also. Ive been lifting weights and I still havent gained any muscle( according to the scale i still at 32% muscle) its been a year
Started my weight lifting journey almost 3 months ago in June. Have been able to keep up with the gym and have learned to look forward to going. Slowly staring to take more daily steps and snack less junk food out of boredom. I wanna keep it going!!💪
Watch your squats. Don’t let your knees go over your toes. I screwed up both of my knees with doing squats wrong. I thought I was doing them right. Great video! Love your honesty and I also love your progress. Keep going!!!! ❤❤
The hack squat machine helps with your form more than just squatting with the bar. You for sure can lift a LOT more than you think!!! It helps with my lower back pain!!
Remember your cycle (it’ll make you feel nuts)!! I go up about 7 pounds the week of my cycle and don’t stabilize until 2 weeks after. I feel so gross, but just remembering that there’s a natural reason to why is so helpful mentally.
Slow off slow on. The fat you are loosing will be harder to gain later on in life because of your consistency and because of the muscle you are gaining. Keep on keeping on you are doing great
You might want to google images of stage 1 and 2 lipedema to see if your legs and arms look similar. 1 out of 11 woman have it, and struggle to lose fat in these areas. I have heard one of the top lipedema specialists in the country say that he treats any woman with cellulite as a lipedema patient until proven otherwise because it is just that common. And the way you describe your cellulite as getting worse and worse as you get older makes me highly suspicious.
