- It has been done! Just in time for new year too : )
It took a while to complete this as it was a animation project far grander in scale than anything I have done before.
The effects are of lower quality since this was my first time working with fluid simulations in blender, and it takes a while to simulate these things!

As if he's afraid of the Daleks all turning on him and he needs to check himself from being too tyrannical. In case he makes the situation worse.
But he cannot control his own, controlling nature, and resumes his usual booming demands.
That one dalek that said “we do not obey” in the background always get me 😂

Born in 1961 THIS actual clip is the earliest Dr Who I recall. I still remember the Dalek Emperor screaming Do Not Fight In Here?!!?? Fantastic stuff here & SO well done, eh???
I'm the same age as you. Although I remember parts of Galaxy Four (1965), and later stories, I don't remember this at all, which is a pity. Been a life-long fan though.
Born November 1960 and remember this story, twice, and Power of the Daleks and fragments of Dalek invasion of earth, masterplan, zarbi and tenth planet. Also watch the first movie 🎬 in the cinema.
My only complaint is that as great as the audio quality is, the squelching noise from the mutants is missing when the tanks are blown up. If I'm correct, these sounds were added for the DVD. Either way, you did a gorgeous job. You deserve a pat on the back.
I kind of like the way the human factor daleks look almost curious, like "Ooh, what happens if we blow the Emperor up? Lets find out lads."

I think due to the lack of original footage, we should get a spiritual sequel/modern retelling of Evil of the Daleks in the current era (written by RTD). This video made me think that so amazing job!
imagine the time lord energy daleks from witch familiar, end up regenerating and gaining non dalek personalities and fighting normal daleks could be a cool way to re do this story

It's such a Shame that Zoe never got to Encounter The Daleks during Patrick Troughton's time on doctor who
Maybe I could write a fan story where she does.
In my version of Doctor Who The Invasion The Daleks arrive to over the earth but have to fight the Cybermen
I think Big Finish did one or two stories with Zoe and the Daleks.
She does in the Companion Chronicles.
It's shame, really. That looked like one of the exquisite Dalek emperors throughout similar stories. Any brilliant and miraculous Daleks should be earned their second chances in order for continuous survival.
I can only wonder what masterpiece of BBC programming they recorded instead of keeping these tapes.
Probably impossible to know, suppose if someone could track down the tape that used to house Evil.

Oh, finally! The very first uprising of the Daleks on the DC screen in good animation!
The only thing wrong with this was that none of the Daleks screamed Exterminate, even if they didn't back then
This is better than the official animation because they looked accurate from the picture I seen in color from the set you did good on this.
Fun Fact: Only one of the Emperor guard dalek's eye had a pupil just like the Pertwee daleks, probably making one of the first ever daleks to wear a pupil, your animation here ia beautiful.
Well that was only in the official animation that was done of this story in 2021. I'm not sure why they did that, as there's no evidence that that was the case in the actual serial. The only known Dalek featuring a pupil in Evil of the Daleks was actually one of the silver ones, not the Emperor's guards.
I wish the aired version of this segment still existed...The surviving footage is literally behinds the scenes stuff, not the fully finished films.

Wow, such great animation, The Golden Dalek Emperor approves.
Ah right-there was always a question mark over whether the emperor could survive the destruction of his casing and I thought he got horribly burnt to death.
This Dalek Emperor is well awesome in billions of ways and how, I wish I could have been born in 1963 when classic Dr Who began or even born a decade or 2 earlier than the 1960s instead of been born in 1969 when Patrick Troughton left Dr Who.
Wow this was so cool, 60s in color.
Fantastic recreation the detail is immaculate. I love how when the emperor is speaking the entire dome flashes as well as the lights around his neck that’s genius, it also gives the emperor a greater sense of power. Well done I’m also impressed with the explosions of the destroyed Daleks. The only thing missing is the mutant Dalek exposed from one of the black Dalek leaders (guards) but that is me nitpicking you still did a fantastic job well done 👍🏻. Xx

To be completely accurate, they'd have to replace the Dalek emperor model every scene.
