    10 Single Arm Alternating Devil Press (50lbs)
    10 Single Dumbbell Box Step Ups
    10 Toes to Bar
    Score: 6 rds + 5 reps
    In my head I wanted to keep the Devil press to 50 seconds, the box step ups to 35 and the toes to bar to 30. Add in about 10 seconds per round for transitions and a 5 second break on the toes to bar and I knew a solid round would be 2:05-2:15. Without any fatigue 6 rounds would be about 13 minutes so the goal was to first of all get to 7, and then see how it goes. I didn’t get that far into that round but I was happy with the overall consistency of each set. Box step ups have to be a weakness of mine so I was happy to keep those unbroken. Honestly I should have tried to keep more rounds of the toes to bar unbroken but if a break is needed, in my head it’s best to do it there so you aren’t having to put down and pick up the dumbbell again on any of the other movements. Overall a fun one with some not so typical movements. Give this one a go!
