I made the palak rice but didn't include the garlic because my parents have acid reflux issues, instead I added cumin seeds with the ginger and made a paste then follow this recipe and it was an absolute perfection!! As I'm someone who even judges own cooking until it tastes as pure perfection🗿.. My parents loved it way too much that it seems like this is gonna be made quite often now in my home and will be supplied by my mom to her patients and friends!

I tried this recipe and it tastes amazing!! Moreover my version was without ginger, garlic or onion (Jain friendly) and also I used Fenugreek leaves instead of spinach (availability 😉) still it tasted awesome. Everyone loved it

Hello chef i made this just now for my family but the veggies you used for creamy tandoori sauce were not available were I live so I use peas, carrot, tofu, cauliflower first I boiled them then let it cool down before removing all water after that I fried them to make it crunchy then used same methode by you to make tandoori creamy sauce later for garnishing I used fresh chives, little green onion, and a little bit crushed cheese it turned out super tasty but it became little bit thicker than the sauce you made so I wanted to ask what should I do next time to make it less thicker. As for spinach rice i used same method everything turned out really tasty thank you very much for sharing this recipe with us.
@@stressbytheidiotsaroundme9045 too much refined flour would make it thicker, for four large servings I would use about three spoons of maida. And white sauce should be cooked on low to medium flame. Another tip would be to make sure you don't add milk until the flour is roasted well. P. S. I usually add half solid onion and push some cloves into them before adding to the sauce while it cooks and then take it out afterwards(for flavoring). It adds an interesting earthy twist to the sauce.
I tried with cashew and coconut milk in equal quantity, coconut oil. Used whole wheat flour. 😮this is the yummiest vegan tandoori sauce.. spinach rice was classic like restaurant style.. Thanks for this recipe

I tried this "Tandoori Sauce". I filled it with lots of veggies, portions of pasta, panner and everything. IT TURNED OUT SOOO DAMN GOODD...I LOVEDD LOVEDDD INCREDIBLYYY LOVEDDD ITTTTT.... JUST MUAHH MUAH MUAHHH... Definitely give this a try... I always used to mess the white sauce..with that maida stuff So, Here are the points to note before you make one: Lower the flame while making the sauce Don't use an iron pan for this one, it'll turn the white sauce into a coarse brown sauce...use an aluminium one instead Take the whisking and adding those batches of milk part more seriously... and Enjoyyyyyyyy
Very interesting recipe. I often make white sauce and creamy soups but never tried tandoori sauce. I don’t add Maida to any of my sauces / soups. I add mixed millet flour instead. For soups which need blending I roast barley Dalia and add while blending. I read in your comment section that one of the fans adds oats powder and I think that is a healthy option too. We can use roasted oats powder instead of maida to make it more healthier. I tried so many times whenever I cook white sauce pasta.
I use cornflour… for oats will give it a try

I altered butter with ghee, maida with oatmeal and milk with coconut milk. It was one of the best I cooked so far...love it 😍

U must have made the bechamel sauce with the wrong quantity or do cook it on high flame
