I love seeing those healthy recipes❤️ Whenever I see a what I eat in a day/week Video and they Snack on something or have something "unhealthier" and put realistic in the title, it makes me feel like it is wrong to not eat junkfood I don't like/eat it because I don't personaly like the taste and it makes me feel sick and weak I rather make my own and "healthier" junkfood to fit my liking Like people act like not eating Candy or fast food is weird I just want to say that there is NOTHING wrong with treating yourself. You don't only eat for your physical health but also for your mental health For example if you are feeling sad and chocolate makes you happy then eat the fucking chocolate lol Just wanted to make clear that both is ok Eating junkfood (ofc not to much) or no junkfood at all I hope this comment makes sense and sry if my english is off (Oh shit this is kinda long haha)
yep i totally agree! it’s 100% okay to eat junk food but it’s also 100% okay to not eat them if you don’t want to. a “well balanced diet” looks different to everyone. some might choose to have junk food here and there, some might not. you should consume what YOU want to consume/whatever makes you feel good mentally&physically :)
dont be so dramatic, the videos where vloguers eat something unhealthy and say it’s okay to do it sometimes are for people who struggles or have a bad relationship with food, if it is not your case then the message is not for you but there are a lot of people who need someone to tell them that is totally ok to include “unhealthy” food on your diet and to not be restrictive, but ofc if you don’t like junk food you don’t have to eat it???? that is obvious, nobody is forcing you to eat it smh... and the title “realistic” it’s because that it’s the reality, nobody has a perfect life, nobody eats clean all the time as many people want to show in videos like these

For falafel, as a spread, instead of regular tahini, we (arabs-->lebanese) use "taratour sauce" which is tahini based Here are the ingredients if u'd like: °5 tbsp tahini °4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice °3 tbsp water °pinch of sea salt

Do you have any tips on how to stop counting calories and start eating more home cooked meals? I’m in the process of increasing my calorie intake , i went from 400 to now 700 cals- but i eat a lot of frozen and toasted food and idk what to dooooo🥺.
girl u need way more than that! ik it’s really really hard to get urself to eat more but u have to realize that eating so little calories is so detrimental for your health :( i’m going to make a vid explaining what helped me build a better relationship with food soon but for now, i’d def say try to let your mom or smth cook for you more often. that will give u less control what u consume and you won’t know how many calories are in those meals. eating a lot might seem intimidating so try to add more high calories low volume foods like nuts, nut butter, olive oil, rice etc. i rly hope this helped 🤍🤍
