Nice PC. Seems to be good value for your money. The webcam 720p (mediocre class) was fair but the microphones sounded good. No distortion or muffled sound. Display is nice. People worried about the little colored stripes at the corner of the screen with privacy mode on should not see them when privacy mode is off. When users are at home or at work at their desk they will not need privacy mode and should enjoy the bright clear image of the display. Great review as always.
Didn't like the older version so I was waiting for a new one. I may buy this one I had a good first impression of it but I would prefer a 15 inch Display. Good video 👍

I bought this model for my father a little over a year ago. Same model with 512gb storage. So far it has been an excellent laptop for him. He loves the size and the battery life.

The problem for me in the look of envy x360 is the wider black on the screen below with the hp logo in it actually they put to section like a metal holding the hinge so that they can make the black wide will be less on the eye. Hp envy x360 2022
I have the HP ELITEBOOK X360 1040 G8 (i7, 32GB Ram, 2 TB SSD) which is very similar to this but at 14 inches. Really good laptop. Solid build quality, great screen and good battery life at only 1.32kg.
HP missed the mark again! All laptops should be 16:10 aspect ratio which is the great compromise for content creators, media consumption and productivity use. And c'mon, is it too much to ask to get two USB-A AND TWO USB-C4/Thunderbolt4 ports??? Thanks Andrew for your review
@@jetmartin9501 Whichever you can afford to get the M1 Pro or even better M1 Max. Sure it may be a lot of money for many, but it seems to be worth it, plus there will be Apple's slow depreciation and very good to excellent resale value, so the initial upfront cost will be offset some. For comparison you could have said the same for Toyota's FJ Cruiser, now look at it. It has slowly depreciated and has excellent resale value.
Andrew can you please do a review of this laptop with the AMD Zen 3 processors (5600u and 5800u)? They're available on their site now and it even comes with an HP Pen out of the box! So far no other tech reviewer has covered it and I'm sure yours would be well received.
Is there a Ryzen 5000 version of this laptop? I have an 1165G7 laptop and a Ryzen 4700U and the battery life on both is night and day. I get 6 hours max on the Intel and 9 hours on the AMD.

I'm planning on getting Envy x360 15 amd 5000 series. I've seen a lot of people reporting hinge issues, and I'm concerned about it. Does anyone have this particular laptop, and what's your experience? Thanks!
Nice video, like always. Just to ask, why always must be a 4K screen, from 13 to 15 Inches I think, is best suitable resolution a 2K, ok 👌 if your are using 17 inch screen for Photos and etc. 4K is overkill for 🔋.
Not much improvement except for the Sureview screen since the previous-gen is already a decent convertible. When will they fit a 2-in-1 laptop with 16:10?
Could you also show if there is keyboard flex,backlight bleed(what a black screen of the laptop looks like in a dark room) from now on,would be really helpful.

Never risk a laptop with hinge issues. Never. Learnt it through the hard way (an old acer). Thinkpads are a lot safer in this regard.

The hinges are very weak, had this laptop for a few months the hinges have broken off
