Ingredients:
Mix Flour 2 cups (240g) baking powder 2 tsp and salt 1/3 tsp
Room temperature butter 7/8 cup (200g)
Sugar 1 cup (200g)
4 Eggs, one at a time
Vanilla extract 1 tsp. No cinnamon is added to this pie
Apples 2 lbs (900g).
