I’m from Southern Ontario in Canada. This was delicious! Your recipe is the only one that includes lemon zest and lemon juice and that takes it to a whole new level. This was a Sunday dinner dessert so I also dolloped whipped cream on top. Thank you.
Io sbuccia le mele poi metto l'uva passa a bagno nel latte ...una volta che l'uvetta si ammorbidisce si mette in padella per farla cuocere con un po di limoncello una volta raffreddata si prepara l'impasto si mette in una padella con dentro mele e uvetta ...si mette su in cucina e cuoce a fuoco basso...viene morbidissima ed è di un sapore speciale. Come la preparata anche la sig.grazie la proverò anch'io ❤.

Apple cake. "Pie" whether savory or sweet is made with pastry dough. I've made similar to this before. Also with pineapple. I like to roast my apples with a little cinnamon and sugar then add to the cake batter. SO YUM! 😋
@@brooke1615 I don't. Then again I immediately either roast or saute them. I cook to order mostly. So I haven't had the need for the apple to look pretty or be preserved. I love a fresh sauteed or roasted apple. I grind my own cinnamon in a pestal and mortar using pure cane sugar. Hasn't failed me yet. But if I were to need extra time then an acidic acid would probably help. Peace be with you thank you for your time.💚

Same here in US of a A. We'd call it a type of Sponge cake or possibly Apple Bread. Note there's no such Apple Bread that I've seen but this is similar to Banana Bread.

The recipe is super gooood!😍 i love it, thank you! i always cook the apples with some sugar, cinnamon and lemon in a pan for 5-10 minutes until they get a bit soft and they get all the aroma, and then i put them in the batter. I wonder if this recipe works with carrots as well ?! ❤
Лучше нет яблочной шарлотки: 1 стак.муки 1 стакан сахара ,3 яйца. Белки взбить в пену. Сахар -половина в белки ,половину с желтками смешать. Далее с мукой все составляющие. Разрыхлитель не нужен. Получаетмя как бисквит. Желательно с кислыми яблоками
1 стакан сахара многовато. Я еще если есть изюм без косточек добавляю, иногда в тесто добавляю какао и присыпаю сверху какао и корицей. На вид получается, как шоколадный. Но это тоже на любителя. Мне очень вкусно.

I’m in the US. Just made this today. I used envy apples but pealed them. It was very good and easy to make. The lemon flavor was a little too strong for me. When I make it again I’ll leave out the zest and just use the juice. Thanks so much for the recipe! ❤
The juice alone might make it too bitter so I'd just half both the zest and juice. Normally it wouldn't matter but organic lemons are sweeter than gmo if that factored into your recipe

A maçã pesa na massa do bolo, então experimente colocar uma colher (das de sopa) rasa de fermento. Eu não tenho forno elétrico, mas acho que não ligar em cima não fez diferença, e sim o fermento... Espero que você acerte na próxima vez!
In England we would call this apple cake. A pie must have a pastry base and top. It looks delicious. I’m sure it would be even more delicious served with clotted cream. Personally I would not turn it upside down, the top looked wonderful, but then it became the bottom. None of these things , of course, makes any difference to how it tastes.

A maçã pesa na massa do bolo, então experimente colocar uma colher (das de sopa) rasa de fermento. Eu não tenho forno elétrico, mas acho que não ligar em cima não fez diferença, e sim o fermento... In England we would call this apple cake. A pie must have a pastry base and top. It looks delicious. I’m sure it would be even more delicious served with clotted cream. Personally I would not turn it upside down, the top looked wonderful, but then it became the bottom. None of these things , of course, makes any difference to how it tastes.
