    Love this challenging workout & your creative use of the ring. My abs were on fire with the criss-cross - I really felt my deep core muscles working with the added resistance. Verbal cues & prompts are meticulous.

    I have the ring from the Ring Fit Adventure game and since my joycon wasn't working this made for a great alternative!

    This was far more challenging than I thought it would be. This was a great workout and I look forward to doing it again. I needed something quick, since I didn't have time for a full hour workout and found this. I'll keep this in my rotation.

    Enjoyed this class however I couldve done without the background music- it's a bit distracting. Beside that I seriously loved this class. Im quite advanced but this was challenging 👌
