    So simple but so effective for the inner thighs. To really see the effects of this more quickly, would you recommend doing say, five times a week? I do barre and hit seven times a week. I just know this is a very hard area to target. Thank you! Whitney 🙂

      Hey Whitney - Jospeh Pilates believed in doing minimal repetitions but moving 'perfectly' in lots of different ways. In other words, do each rep with all of your effort and you will see results quicker. Doing them daily will help too!

    Does it work to remove fat from the inner tights? Or it's just to make the tight's muscles stronger?

    • @Mybodwellness
      @Mybodwellness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      You can't remove fat from specific exercises but you can tone your inner thighs and it will tighten up your inner thighs. Fat burn comes from exercise + diet so it's a combo!

    Are these safe if you have a lower back problem? Hoping to get an answer. 🙂

    • @Mybodwellness
      @Mybodwellness  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! You should alway consult with a medical professional before performing any exercise, but generally, if you keep your feet on the ground (don't lift your feet) or do the side version your back should be supported as long as you are engaging your core. If you have more questions you can sign up for a free consultation at www.mybodwellness.com!

    • @Mybodwellness
      @Mybodwellness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Make sure it's above your knees towards your thighs - not right on your knees! I hope that helps!

    I squeeze that circle to maximum for each of these and don't feel anything after reps of 20. Any way to make this harder for someone used to heavy weights?

      So... the truth is you have to learn how to work deeply and use the right muscles in order to feel the work... especially if you have a circle that isn't that strong in resistance and/or if you have super strong legs! I know you've gone back to the gym (I see your comment below), but if you want to reach out and sign up for a short consultation we can talk about this!! www.mybodwellness.com/book-a-consultation

    Why no more than 10?

    • @Mybodwellness
      @Mybodwellness  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Belinda - In general, in Pilates, we do small amounts of repetitions and many different exercises. So, for example, you might do 10 of these with your feet on the floor, then 10 with legs up, then something else.
