I imagine allot of people don't like being called young man or women by their 65 yearly employee. The real problem is why these elders need to find work in the first place. They society should be there to help those that put in their share.

@@hillbilly_delux78 during covid lockdown, Microsoft did an update and millions of computers wouldn't work!. It happened more recently also, where security patches were needed, some people had no plan B. This was seen in some businesses and facilities as they had to close temporarily in the UK.
