ഞാൻ ഒരു സംശയം ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ, ആസ്സാമിൽ NRC രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ വന്നപ്പോൾ 14ലക്ഷം പേര് ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ആണ്, 4ലക്ഷം താഴെ മുസ്ലിം ആണ്, ഇപ്പോൾ CAA വന്നപ്പോൾ മുസ്ലിം ഒഴിച്ച് ബാക്കി എല്ലാ മതക്കാർക്കും പൗരത്വം കിട്ടില്ലേ? 4-5 ലക്ഷം മുസ്ലിംകൾക്ക് പൗരത്വം നഷ്ടപ്പെടില്ലേ? അവർ പിന്നെ ഏത് രാജ്യത്തെ പൗരൻ ആണ് അസം പോട്ടെ, ഇന്ത്യയിൽ NCR രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ വന്നാൽ എല്ലാ മുസ്ലിം NCR രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യണം, അതിൽ രേഖകൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത മുസ്ലിം പൗരത്വം നഷ്ടപ്പെടും, പിന്നെ കോൺസെൻട്രേഷൻ ക്യാമ്പിൽ ആകും അവർക്ക് പാസ്പോർട്ട്‌ പോലും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല, അവര്ക് സ്വത്ത് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല ഇതു തെണ്ടിത്തരം അല്ലെ? മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

@ARJUNB44 പൗരത്തം തെളിയിക്കാൻ ഏതൊക്കെ ഡോക്യുമെന്റ് ഹാജർ ആകണം. Sslc പറ്റില്ല. പാസ്പോർട്ട്‌ പറ്റില്ല.ആദാർ പറ്റില്ല. റേഷൻ card പറ്റില്ല. ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പറ്റില്ല. Pan card പറ്റില്ല. വീടിന്റെ ആധാരം. Adi ആധാരം. അതിന്റെ താഴത്തെ ആധാരം. ഇതൊന്നും പറ്റില്ല. മുത്തച്ഛന്റെ മുത്തച്ഛന്റെ അച്ഛൻ ഇവിടെ ജനിച്ചതിനു തെളിവ് കാണിക്കണം എന്നാ ഇവിടുത്തെ പൗരൻ ആവാം 😊. എന്താല്ലേ... എങ്ങനെ എങ്കിലും തെളിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റോ. മറ്റുള്ള വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക് അത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യം പോലും ഇല്ല. അത് കൊണ്ടല്ലേ കാർഗിൽ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത ഇന്ത്യൻ സൈനികൻ വരെ പൗരൻ അല്ലാതെ ആയി പോയത്

The point is. Everyone can apply citizenship via in a valid way for example If I am a Muslim from pak or Srilanka if I want citizenship in India I can apply for that no one is going to deny my application. When ever I attain the criteria which is mentioned to get citizenship I will be given Indian citizenship. So you will start questioning about CAA. Why muslims are not included ? Right , I will convey in a simple way which I could. In 80's and 90's and from pak, afg and Bangladesh people start to migrate to india in an illegal way due to cruelty done by there own country for example In syria due to war common people migrated to nearby countries right same way due to religion minorities where killed and tortured in pak afg and Bangladesh due to this life threat many people cane to india without permission from Indian govt and started to living. Due to illigal entry they are unable to apply for citizenship. Without citizenship you won't get anything from Indian govt example you won't get a proper education birth certificate aadhar card bank account.
Why they came to India bcz they are unable to leave peacefully in their own country. They came to us thinking we will help them till now they haven't hot anything from govt now CAA implemented to give them the citizenship on humanitarian basis. You will ask me why muslims are not included the problem is why do they came to India ? will come first and for national security you also know we are attacked by pak , afg and Bangladesh muslim terrorist group. I am not making a statement that every muslims from these countries are terrorist but there are threats and history of violence with some islamic terror organisations which are held in these countries. So in the first place why a muslim from these countries should come to India without a legal way. Why they are illigal migrants what was the reason behind them to migrate to India.And I have a question what will Saudi Arabia do If you are in that country even after the visa period is over. You will become an illegal migrant. Lookout notice maybe initiated for you. If any muslims want citizenship they can apply for that but CAA is like reservation quota just like in our country for minorities they will be giving some relief in exams and seats CAA is giving some relief to the so called minorities by reducing the period for getting the citizenship from 11 years to 5 years. However I don't think it violates anything against our constitution.Anyone claiming that this is violation of Article has not correctly interpreted legal point in. CAA stands for Citizenship Ammendment Act which's regarding giving citizenship to people of minority prosecuted religious communities of 3 nations there in who are already refugees in India. *Our constitution never grants secularism to it's non citizen people. Peeps ranting like where is our secularism needs to understand that Indian partition was not done on secularist principles. Pakistan was solely devoted for Muslims and later by 70s Pakistan split into two countries - the eastern part seceded to become Bangladesh. Both these are
are Islamic republics and have a track record of religious persecution of minorities. *Govt made that clear about CAA is exclusively granted to countries related to Indian partitioning* . India was duty bound to give citizenship to these victims of partition who somehow gets trapped in these religious selective countries. Everyone know about the social hierarchy of these countries [Muslims on the top and rest at the bottom]. These are Muslim dominated religious intolerant countries and *there is no question of persecution of Muslims by Muslims. There is hardly any odds happen to muslim who has come to India because of religious persecution from these countries* . Mostly they have come as illegal immigrants because of economic reasons for a better life. *Partition was done on the demand of Muslims. It was agreed that both countries would not persecute their minorities. It was also agreed that the refugees of religious persecution will be protected. India did stick with those agreement and did not persecute its Muslims So, most Muslims stayed back in India. They are Indian Muslims* . But Pakistan and Bangladesh violated the agreement and persecuted their minorities. As result crores of persecuted minorities had to flee to India as refugees. Most of these refugees have already been given citizenship but some who came later, were left out. These refugees will be given Indian citizenship by CAA. Muslims of these countries have divided India and after creating their own Islamic countries on the basis of religion, so they have no moral right to come to India to become citizens. Otherwise, why did they partition India in the first place? *Persecutors cannot be equated to the persecuted. Pakistani Muslims believe in two nation theory of Jinna which says that Hindus and Muslims cannot live together* .This was the basis of partition. So, the same Pakistani and Bangladeshi Muslims have no right to seek Indian citizenship after dividing the country which caused untold misery to non muslims. Such Pakistanis will promote the poisonous two nation theory in India again. Also *gate opening for these muslims not only save them, but also attracts terrorist groups like Al Qaeda, Jaesh e Muhammad, Taliban, Hizbul, Lashkar e thoyiba and what not🤷🏻♂️. They'll become a serious threat for our nation's security(as they could make their grail so easily if CAA includes muslims from these countries)* Laconically saying, comparing muslims with non muslims of these countries is a pure lame. Atleast they've middle east and some stan countries which's always ready for accepting muslims. But it's never in the case of non muslims. And coming to Sri Lankan Tamils they're living in Tamil Nadu and surrounded places for decades and many of them are fine in returning to Sri Lanka. And yes I feel bad about Rohingya's but what to to say. Their cultural history is so baffling and Rohingyas are/were running terrorist organizations and they had committed genocide against Hindus of Myanmar and were targetting Buddhists. Also Please notice some Muslim majority countries are screaming against the evils about the miseries of Rohingyas of Myanmar but none is ready to take them as refugees. *Even Indonesia(highest Muslim populated country on the planet) situated very nearer to them, they're consistently trying to avoid them inspite have they're supporting and shouting their voice for Palestinians(It's a great evidence that there is seriously something wrong about these Rohingyas people, i heard from somewhere about Rohingyas protesting to take the land they're given refuges by some countries😮)* . We need to protest against the partiality these muslim countries are doing against rohingya muslims first. *According to some data's about 4yrs or older, there are about 20millions+ numbering Rohingya muslims are illegimately living inside India by snatching our resources* 🤷🏻♂️ . And for the peeps still need some more points about Rohingyas :There is no country on this planet which consider Rohingyas as safe people. We've been hearing like Poor Rohingyas please help them via religious selective medias like Al Jazeera and some other political parties for decades. I'll suggest everyone read about ARSA(Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army) which's considered as a terrorist organisation by Myanmar, Malaysia and even India. And Yes Sri Lankan Tamils are not that kind too. India had a long decades of hatred against Sri Lankan Tamils associated with the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi(not sure about the suspect). But they're more keen towards India on recent times. Als they're getting free aids and allowances from Tamil govt for yrs now. No country wants to save poor refugees in cost of their nation's security. Even Bangladesh which is an Muslim nation and somewhere Rohingya are connected to Bangladesh historically, is not ready to give them refuge. The reason they site is Radicalism. The terror attack at Mahabodhi temple was done by Lashkar E Toiba as a revenge on Buddhists of Myanmar. They involved in various terrorist activity and connected with some radical militant organization’s. it is a direct threat to our national security. And India is not a refuge platform for all the refugees from various countries. We accepts the safe refugees that are globally recognised as kind people(from our neighbouring nations). We've a good history about aiding refugees of different countries like giving shelter to Tibetan refugees, Jews and recently Sri Lankan Tamils. India was never really that bad against their refugees unlike some religious intolerant countries. But here it's so risky for our country to allow refugees from a black listed country like Myanmar. Peeps are not realising the reality. We've nation first, after all comes next. Somehow few people intermixed religion in these issues for projecting their political views in front of public(Aka vote bank). And yes, some extreme hindus like Sanghis would be happy regarding this. Still whatever it may be sanghi, konghi, commie or anything. I'll never support the acceptance of Rohingyas (based on the knowledge about them). Much more to say, but I've not that much time on me right now, so I'm going to conclude this and alas it's became too long than I expected(sorry for the inconvenience).
*There are many countries of the world have prosecuted people because of various reasons. We cannot logically give citizenship to all the prosecuted people of the world, it is not feasible and even does’t make common sense. Taking this to a sentimental level of introspection aren't worth. Think logically about giving rare odds of muslim persicuted peeps from these countries with a cost of threat towards our nation's security*

And y should you try to prove. No one need to prove anything. For getting citizenship you need to prove. Basically if you are not a citizen of India and you have a chance to get citizenship by applying CAA. Simple as that
