    Video game tricks:-
    1. Sense of mastery and sense of continuous improvement, 2. Freedom to choose own adventure and 3. Sense of purpose- Clear why? In the service of others.
    1. Lower risk 2. not to difficult, not to easy, 3. high rewards instantly.
+> Write down your why? Two Clear Reasons -> Pain, what will happen if I don't study? Pleasure what will you achieve?
+> Purpose greater than one own self.
+> Break the task into macro and micro. Set time for each section and be accountable.
+> Track your progress. Quiz an Questions!

Nice story telling, but check reality. How you can compare colourful vidoe games with boring white paper books. Studies contains lot of stuff our brain doesn't want to explore so that's why studies are boring, that's where we need outside pressure like coaching centers, family and money etc.., I am pretty sure you are studying for getting passed in the exams not because you are enjoying it like video games . We can't trick of consciousness because our brain is far more tricky than us. Not tricks works myan, just open the books and sit for hours thas the only funda

maybe this video can be renamed to like "WHY videogames are Addictive?" or "How do i motivate myself to study"..But for comparing videogames to Studies is kinda "hit n miss"...
There are soo many other factors too like Concentration, Consistency, the willingness, the passion & love for doing it.
there is also the BIG difference between "Work and play"
Work(study in this case) is defined as a tiring physical or mental effort to overcome barriers and attain a goal or outcome that is valuable to the individual or society.
Play(Gaming in this case) may be defined as any action that a person finds fun and fascinating. It revitalizes and replenishes your spirit to keep yourself going
