WANT TO STUDY 12-14 HOURS/DAY? - THE ONLY TECHNIQUE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!

  • How I study for longer with full concentration - get your desired college and branch using this technique- the POMODORO.
However as always i’ll emphasise the importance of DISCIPLINE over motivation. Discipline is more important than motivation. Pomodoro too works only with discipline.

Remember- Pomodoro only works with discipline. If you don’t have discipline, the very first 5 min break will become 50 minutes.
Otherwise - it’s brilliant. You’ll study for longer without even realising it or feeling tired.
For those saying that exam is 3 hours
    - well - this meant for days whe we tend to procrastinate - much before exams. In the month leading upto exam - like I said - the fear /excitement is enough to drive almost anyone to study for longer.
Also, even in exams - I have used Pomodoro.
After 1 hour - or after finishing on section - it’s always necessary to take 2-3 min pause. Take a deep breath. Relax for a bit.
We all do it subconsciously during exams.

pandemic took a toll on me when it came to studies, i simply could not sit and study anymore, until i came across pomodoro technique. i personally use 50min sessions followed by 10min until im done for the day. my marks started going up and i felt very confident in my studies. pomodoro really works if you take breaks and study in the time efficiently and honestly. if your break is up, you have to get back to your work no matter what happens.

As much glorious as it might seem studying continously for long hours, it may or may not be effective , it depends so it IS important for us to realize what works for us. and it's so so true that discipline is really important . "you may not be motivated every single day but you can be disciplined everyday." , not my words but true that.

Trust me when u study like this you can study long hours and you will never forget in ur lifetime... whatever doctor said in the video is 100 percent true and even i used it...i study 1 and half hours straight non stop with 15 minutes break and i countinue like this for 10 hours max...it is highly effective and what i understand in 3 days is reduced to 10 hours ☺️..

Hello Dr., I'm currently studying in grade 12, preparing for NEET. I've been scoring pathetic marks in chemistry for the longest time now. This is really messing up my head and I sometimes just don't feel motivated or that "kick" per se. Do you have any advice on this...

    • @felicity5400
      @felicity5400 2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

If I am not wrong , then he made a video on chemistry for neet , maybe checking it out can help you :)

That 'kick' will never happen, motivation is volatile..study even when u don't feel like that's what discipline is

  • @Kubecr

Crazy to think that discipline in itself is no less than a super power tbh, if you have discipline when you are trying to achieve something more than half the journey is over. It is in nature that repetitiveness in doing any task in a correct way is a long run of surefire success.

well what I liked about. This video is the confidence and the humbleness with which you speak. It sounds genuine, practical, more like a conversation, friend to friend, particularly the way you jumped to the point instead of blabbering, that’s appreciable, thank you so much buddy

I'm good at all: phy, chem and bio, I top my class at phy, sometimes in bio, and sometimes at chem. I'm a student at Aakash, and I'm also a student at another coaching centre(tied with my school), I can't do both, so I sometimes slack in Aakash, because I get burned out from 8 hours of school(which is the other coaching centre), 3 hours of Aakash classes, and I study for like 1-2 hours a day.. And then there's this boarding school, best in my state, had students with 710/720 in NEET, they make you study for like 4 hours a day, and only 7 hours of school, which I actually find something way easier than what I'm in right now. I'm an OCI and this new rule makes me study in the NRI quota, even though I've studied in India from like 1st standard. If I don't get into AIIMS, I'll have to start preparing for the UK med-school entrance exams, which I don't think will be the case, because they'll probably change the rules but I have no idea what to do lmao
(Sorry for the whole paragraph thing I needed some venting)
